It was ok, but for the price I would’ve expected things at least to be operational

Liked the location, excellent breakfast, friendly staff

Hot tub was out of order, toilet in the room kept running water, we fixed it. The bathroom light was burned out, the fridge was not plugged in, we fixed that, and the room temperature was weird at times so cold, and then it would get too warm. The room seemed stuffy like there was no fresh air coming in at all

What I really liked was the location and the hot continental breakfast provided. Though the room was clean, we felt the carpets to be a bit sticky and could be cleaned further. Room we stayed in was a bit on the small side on the main floor so really can’t compare it to other rooms unfortunately.

Carpet seems to need cleaning as they felt a bit sticky.

Disappointing - paid a lot for not a lot of service

Parking. Wifi worked well. Bed was comfy.

Room was not ready at 3pm. That can happen, but not an apology or anything. Receptionist Gabi was not friendly, even rude, when checking in. Room: the pillow cover was torn. Hairdryer needs to be renowned. Coffee machine in the room was not working as well. Disappointing. A lot of money paid for not a lot of service.

I will not be staying here again.

The room wasn’t ready when I checked in at 4:30. We had to make other arrangements to change for the concert that we were in town for, as it was almost 6:30 before it was ready. After returning from the concert, I had to check in again, giving the disgruntled night clerk my driver’s license and card a second time. He had received complaints and insults from other guests that hadn’t been able to check in on time, as well as having some personal issues that had occurred that day, and let us know about it when we asked if there would be any kind of compensation for the issue. The vending machine was out of $2 water but I was able to buy the same brand the “market” in the lobby, for $3.

No communication between front desk and housekeeping staff.

Hotel management conceded poor service and granted a room upgrade and discounted the first night.

The checkin experience was a horror story. Twice we were sent to rooms that hadn’t been made up, and it was a hour before we had a clean and ready room.

Excellent staff and clean place to stay.

The fact the excessive room had grab handles everywhere for bathroom. The towels were thick with two sides instead of one. 😆 Clean, loaded with towels, toilet paper. Breakfast was good.

Breakfast had potatoes and cut sausage. Expected eggs, and bacon though. Water pressure was packing to shower. It wasn't an inconvenience just surprise.

Used to be a good place to stay but until they upgrade won't be staying there anymore

The kitchen and food were good. Plenty of parking. Desk staff very courteous and friendly.

We've stayed at this Motel a number of times before. This time however the room was overall clean BUT the carpet was filthy and needed a definite shampooing. The room smells musty and moldy. Spiders in bathtub. Plus the price had greatly increased since our last stay.

Location was very convenient and easy to get to. Room was clean for the most part. Fast check in.

Location and hotel cleanliness was good - was a bit overpriced in my opinion, weather didn't help.

The breakfast was good. The room was mostly clean and the bed/bedding was comfortable. The location was great. and check-in and check-out were quick and easy. The lobby was clean and inviting - decorated for Christmas.

I would have liked if the flow of the breakfast area was set up better, with lots of people back and forth, finding what they needed. One hot item was not replaced often enough for me to get any. A picture was missing off of my room wall which looked odd and some of the walls looked dirty. I was up there for Snocross and there was a blizzard - and I spent hours outside in the cold weather - which would have been helped by the use of the hot tub - which was not in service. The staffing was also scarce due to the weather. I did overhear one staff say that housekeeping hadn't even shown up yet. I went to a hotel up the road where my daughter stayed and her room had a full kitchen, couch and heated pool and hot tub and sauna, and the lobby had a bar - for almost the same nightly rate. That was disappointing to me.
