Stressful and not worth the money.

Location is reasonable and 18months walk to Niagara Park.

The Property is not at par to Marriott standards, we were disappointed to note that house keeping and room cleaning / makeup service was offered every alternate day. We stayed two nights and rooms were not cleaned or make up even once. The hotel is short of manpower and the staff seems stressed resulting in rude behavior, our simple request to provide fresh towels took 3 reminders and over 2hours. When we enquired, it was informed that the house keeping staff is busy servicing other customers and we should get down to reception for collecting towels. Won’t be returning to this place again.

Excellent for Christmas Break

The location was nice. It was winter so the leaves were gone and you could see the water across. Walking distance wasn't bad for the casino or the falls walk. Very helpful to be able to charge sodas or snacks to the room instead of having to take cash out of the ATM.

The pool was small but we did not use it this time. the area for breakfast was kind of "tight" but feasible. The use of the key for all doors and the elevator swas new to me.

Good staff. Clean room. Comfortable beds. Good coffee.

It was a little bit noisy from room air conditioner and outside roof conditioners is located near casino on other side of the road. It is not be able to close curtains. It's not a little bit convenient. We had a not bad breakfast. But a chicken patty was terrible. Don't test it! And I was overcharged. I got a receipt. But when I checked my bank account, I saw they charged me almost $30 more than I had amount in receipt. Interesting))) There wasn't opportunity to fill up a water for drink. Only buy. Dispenser and cooler for water were not available.

Can't wait to book again!

The hotel is very secure, the room was super clean, bathroom was super clean. There were more toiletries than I am used to seeing in a hotel room (like shoe polish and makeup remover wipes). Ice machine was in a convenient location. Room had a microwave, coffee maker, and mini fridge. The complimentary cookies at the front desk were a great touch. Air conditioner worked great. Pillows were super soft and comfortable. Bed was comfortable too! But best of all, the staff was so friendly and happy to help or answer any questions we had!

I was very impressed and thankful to stay in such a lovely hotel.

I loved how spacious and comfortable the room felt. I loved the aesthetic of the room as well, the carpet and wallpaper were beautiful! I felt like I could relax and be comfortable sleeping in the bed!

The complimentary breakfast hours could be extended to 11:00 a.m. Families with teenagers tend to sleep in later, so they miss the breakfast if it stops at 9:0 a.m.

We stayed 4 nights and enjoyed the falls mostly on the Canadian side. Much more to do there.

The breakfast was plentiful and the coffee was very good We chose the location in order to park our car on the premise for no additional cost.

The walk from the hotel to the falls is about 1/2 mile - not long at all. Unfortunately, the town/city of Niagara Falls is very run down.

It’s is pretty nice, comfortable beds. Restaurants, walking distance for the best places. The view was espectacular.

We had a reservation for six with only 3 towels, I call rooms service because the shower gets over flooded and we can’t shower until the hours for the check out 2:00 am. We were so excited because is a gift for our daughter graduation and its wasn’t what we expected for a Hilton.

The rooms were very clean and the lady at the desk that was running was very friendly and nice and in my book friendliness goes a long ways and I do appreciate that. I would recommend y'all to anyone
