The staff, rooms, pool, restaurants

We got married in the Arbuckle mountains that day and thought we booked our room for the choctaw casino in Durant, since I didn't know there were other chictaw casinos in Oklahoma. Drove from the wedding to Durant, parked in the parking garage, and walked half a mile with luggage through the casino, only to be told I had no reservation there. Found out my reservation was for the Grant casino. Had no id4lea where Grant was,. We were tired and so looking forward to drinks at the swim up pool bar to celebrate with our friends! Instead we were driving another hour to get to the casino in Grant. It is nothing at all like Durant! Pretty disappointed by what we found there. The pool is small and it was completely full of Rowdy kids who kept doing cannon balls off the side and splashing horrible smelling water into our drinks. . No swim up bar. Rooms were fine and the beds comfy, at least. Restaurant was decent. Casino was small and there were not many games that I like to play, so I ended up just not gambling. After paying $300 a night for each of the 2 rooms, I wish we had just stayed at a different hotel in Durant and gambled at that Choctaw. I probably would not have been upset about it had I not been disappointed on my wedding day...and had the slew of kids not ruined the pool experience. Nothing went well that day, with the accommodations, butI married the man I love...so I guess I hit the jackpot anyway!

Parking was great with assisted mobile to take you to the hotel was a plus.
Would have liked longer pool hours until at least 12 pm because most shows are over around 10:30 pm. I dip is nice after a great show considering the outrageous price for one night.

I was charged for a room and I never checked in. thought I was giving my CC number just to hold room til I got there. We never checked in. I will be sure and check different buttons next time I book through this site. I'm out almost $300 dollars

Remote location. Rooms pricey for quality. Getting money and playing games was overly complicated.

Dinner @ Chili's is always excellent. Breakfast sandwiches from "The Cove Bakery" we best I've ever had.
Valet services were also exceptional. We also had a very attentive young man took my sister straight to our room while I finished checking in. Then he came back for my husband & me.
Thank all the staff on my behalf.

We enjoyed everything, the food, the comfort and cleanliness of the room and we really enjoyed how personable the staff were. The pillows were great, the bedding was very comfortable, and we really liked the size of the bathroom. Water pressure was great, and the small gift shop had some nice items. We really enjoyed our food at both Chilis and the CHOP. We purchased breakfast from the cafe and it was great as well from the sandwich to the smoothie.
Not really within the hotels control, but we were not fans of our neighbors on either side of us. They were young people who were running up and down the halls, very loud in their rooms (fighting) and banging on the walls. Although the bed was comfortable, we did not get much rest due to the noise most of the night. We did call security and the sound died down after that. Again, not within the hotel's control, so this would be the only thing that we did not like as comfort should be afforded for all guests. We OVERALL enjoyed our stay.

the people/staff were awesome
We had no hot water in our room. The hotel was very cold in hallways and restaurants. We asked for someone to move us in the restaurant but they said they had to be the server so we could not change locations.

I liked that everything and I mean everything was clean. They had lots of machines.
It was small. For the price of the room I should have just gone to a bigger casino. Still it was clean so that's what mattered most.
