A wonderful place to stay.

The room had every amenity, even a small range. The included breakfast was better than expected. Finally, the location made it so easy to get to the Dusney properties.

The location of the TV was less than ideal. It can only be viewed from an extremely angle when in bed.

The Television is oddly located in the room. It is positioned on that wall at a right angle to the bed making it difficult to view. Typically, a TV is located opposite the bed, allowing a guest (s) to view straight on, rather than twisting ones neck.

Disney world

The pool. That is all. We were very disappointed with the hotel and the appearance. It was very outdated and our room never got cleaned. There was trash bags in the hallway near the elevators all the time. There was a cup in the pool floating: it was gross. The breakfast was subpar to say the least. We’ve stayed at Spring Hill next door many times and never had issues such as this. We had a horrible stay and felt very uncomfortable. I will be reaching out to corporate. On top of it there was a jackhammer doing rock every morning that woke up my family and was very unrelating by the pool because of it. The amount we paid I should absolutely be getting compensated for all the inconveniences.

Hôtel idéal pour profiter des Parcs Disney

Très propre, bien équipé avec cuisine et table. Piscine agréable ouverte jusqu’à 23h. Petit déjeuner très correct pour les US. Idéalement situé par rapport au parc Disney: entre 20 et 30 min de route du Parc Magic Kingdom (plus près de certain autres). En un peu moins d’une heure départ de l’hôtel, nous étions entré dans le parc (trajet + Parking + transfert du parking au parc + sécurité) Chambre avec vue feu d’artifice pas indispensable, on est quand même un peu loin.. Grand Supermarché en face de l’hôtel accessible à pied, idéal pour faire quelques courses et profiter de la cuisine équipée de la chambre ou pour acheter des goodies Disney 4 fois moins cher que dans le parc! Il y a aussi pas mal de restaurants (Pizzeria, Fast Food dans le centre commercial). il y a une navette gratuite qui conduit aux parcs Disney mais vite complets et ne permet pas de profiter pleinement des parcs car seulement 2 rotations le matin et le soir donc slots limités. Nous y sommes allés en voiture pour être plus flexibles et profiter pleinement de la journée (parking Disney 30$..) Nous avons bien pu profiter du parc de 9h à 22h! Rapport Qualité/Prix idéal

Amazing!

Amazing so close to Disney with all the amenities needed in the hotel, great free shuttle service to the parks. Great pool that stays open until 11 pm every night!

We enjoyed our stay and was able to enjoy it with family that stayed at Springhill

Check in went smoothly and our room was ready On the most part it was clean except for some corners in the bathroom, Staff was very nice and friendly and breakfast buffet was good.

The room was a little shabbier than last time we were here and pricing was up

EXCELENTE PARA PASEAR A DISNEY Y EN FAMILIA

La cercanía a los parques de Disney, el desayuno fue increíble, el parqueadero, lo cerca a un mall, todo excelente.

Aunque se ingles, mis padres no y la chica de front desk no hablaba español, entonces si deberian asegurar que hablarán los dos idiomas.

El alojamiento es bastante bueno, tiene cocina en la habitación, está relativamente cerca de todos los parques Disney, a 12 minutos en auto. Incluye desayuno y es bastante bueno, parking gratis.

El aseo lo realizan día por medio, retiran la basura, hacen la cama y cambian toallas.

Very relaxing and beautiful place to stay.

Room was very clean and nice for what we paid, breakfast was good and the flamingo bar and grille was exceptional. Distance to Disney is absolutely perfect as well. All staff were very accommodating and friendly. Will definitely be returning and recommending to friends and family!

Perfect! Will be staying again.

The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. They answered all questions when asked and helped provide solutions when needed (with transportation). All facilities were clean!

I wish the public restroom downstairs had a baby changing table and I wish there was more variety in breakfast.

The room was clean and comfortable. I loved that they put my name on the TV (a very special detail). The pool is incredible, the restaurant has the best pizzas I've ever had... It was close to Disney... and breakfast had Mickey mouse waffles. small details that make you fall in love.

They could offer a transfer service to the airport, many hotels in the area offer it.

Always an excellent stay. This time around we all thought breakfast was good, pool was nice and clean, etc. next time we will book a larger room. As the kids get bigger the room seems to be shrinking! Well, it feels that way, anyway!

Not a whole lot to do right around the hotel besides the pool. A nice indoor place for small children to let off steam would be a great addition. Something like a soft play zone in the lobby or where the arcade or

My Room was not cleaned despite informing the reception. In the evening I get just an apology. No courtesy to give towels. That also I had to go to reception and take it myself

The staff is not very educated on how their shuttle works. had a terrible time getting to the parks due to being misinformed. I notified them of this when we made it back and a manager helped me out.
