Great safe location, venue was nice and staff was nice

Bar closed too early First room had ants in bed and bathroom and no microwave Second room sofa bed was broken Instead of $100 security deposit $400 dollars was taken out and no one knew why

Location, comfort and cleanliness

The property was in a good location.

The room was full of dog hair(and no we didn’t have a dog). We stayed three nights and four days and they never came to clean the room or give us clean towels. When we called for clean towels we were interrogated about when we got there? How long we were staying? Why we needed clean towels? And how many we needed? And of course they charged me for two nights on top of my booking.com reservation.

Once we arrived I had to pay an additional $9 for parking at the hotel after I had already paid $130 for just one night to have a room. A very strong smell of bleach poured out from the bathroom. The pillows on the bed were not comfortable. There was also clothes left behind from others who had stayed in the room before us that the cleaning crew failed to pick up.

The gore is very clean
