Nice place to stay while visiting Catalina.

The room had a full size bed and a bunkbed. That made it perfect for my wife and I and our two kids. Large shower also. Nice hotel all around.

We had a room on the 4th floor and the hotel DID NOT have an elevator.

Poor sleep, hot rooms, no AC

Not much

Rooms are.very warm w little to no AC. Windows screwed shut. Couldnt sleep. 1 channel on the crappy tv. I didnt expect alot but I got less than that.

This was the worst hotel stay I’ve ever had. Disgusting.

Nothing. At all.

One word: ROACHES! Not sure how this hotel hasn’t been shut down by the health department. No amenities at all. Nothing. At all. Not even front desk assistance. No housekeeping. Nothing. No elevators. ROACH INFESTED. Dirty sheets and stained thin towels. Filthy carpet. Foul-smelling bathroom. Dirty coffee-maker. Clogged bathroom sink. Dust balls everywhere. Stained filthy walls and ceilings. No streaming services. No central air and heat. Very small rooms with no sitting area. Thin walls. Roaches were literally walking us out. Please see the pictures. An AWFUL experience! I wish I had gone to Yelp for the accurate reviews on this overpriced motel before booking.

I would not recommend this place to anybody.

The outside of the Catalina Inn looked cute and it was very close to everything.

The rooms are terribly small. Don't let their pictures fool you! The room is dated and dark. You can basically touch the wall with one hand and the bed frame with the other. I paid $325 for the room and it is definitely not worth it. Camping in the tent might be a lot better.

Awful experience

This is the first time me and family were disappointed at a location booked via Booking.com We paid over 850$ for two nights The room was tiny, the carpet were disgusting and the bathroom wasn't properly cleaned We ask at the reception for supportand they told us that You BOOKING.COM are responsible because we did the booking via your site.

I will never stay here again

we upgraded for a room with a balcony and our balcony was facing the inside of the roof/building. our only view we’re empty bottles of liquor and cigarette butts mixed between the electrical facilities on the mid-roof next to us. There was also what seemed to be black mold all over the room.

The black mold was probably what I didn’t like the most.

it may be booking.com’s fault for the ads say that there will be a free continental breakfast but they didn’t offer that and there is not such a space for breakfast. wish they had a microwave oven if its not too much to ask.

Location was great

The sheets were stained with different things. We got rid of those sheets and used the ones that looked cleanest. There was no conditioner in the bottle provided in the shower.

Great place to stay

Our stay was wonderful. We got to the hotel a bit too early but we're able to leave our items with the front desk as we explored. This was such a convenience for us . Our room was perfect and clean. Will definitely stay here again.

Cute but very pricey

It was close to everything, but all of Avalon is close to everything so that is a standard everywhere you stay.

The prices were outrageous, rivaling 5 star hotels mainland. 500 for a small room full bed no closet after fees for 1 night and couldnt check in till 4pm. The t.v. service was poor, bad connection couldnt watch an episode of Shark Tank late at night.
