Loved the hotel and service. Would definitely come back.

I liked everything, from the moment you walk in the lobby to leaving to check out.

There is no free parking for guest.

Pleasant but could have been better.

Beds were comfy, gentleman in breakfast room and Cory at bar pleasant and friendly. The lavender sauces were a very pleasant touch, gym was well equipped, pool area small but clean.

Hair in our towels, shower not adequately cleaned on arrival body wash all down the bottle , no garbage bags for wet garbage( food, tea bags,etc.) had to ask for hot water when cold water and coffee in the Lounge at all times. Gym - people kept coming in to take water from fridge, post work out there was none left. Suggestion of wipes to wipe down equipment after use( gym people use to that).asked for towels at front desk they did not arrive until next day when room was “ cleaned” however still no garbage bags or restock of tea bags, body wash still over outside of container.

Beautiful Very clean Friendly staff

The temp of the room went from stuffy hot , to blasting cold air ! Would have liked clean towels each day without asking the maid. No cups in the bathroom for brushing teeth?

Great stay to move my son into his college nearby

Clean rooms, breakfast was easy and fast, staff was friendly

I could hear the TV from next door and footsteps from the room above.

Would never go back

The hotel was beautiful and clean

The staff were so rude we had a large family wedding down the road and we gathered before and after the even and the staff hated all of us! They even called the police on us and the police said there was nothing wrong with what we were doing (gathering outside or in the lobby) they shut the lights off in the lobby and told us all to go to our rooms at 10pm (there is no set time that the hotel required you had to be in a room)

It was ok

Not carpeted floors. Bathroom had a lot of space. TV was great.

Bathroom door would not stay closed. Rug under the coffee table was all stained. Light switches were awful. Unable to figure out what switch controlled what. Wound up using the switches on the fixtures themselves.Shower controls were ridiculous.

Quiet, restful nights in clean crisp facilities, that match the pictures.

We did not have the breakfast, so cannot comment on breakfast. The hotel is located very near the T - this is the equivalent to the tube station, however you have to go up the stairs for the car park to the sky bridge or take the lift - but the lift was broken so we did not use this. Downtown is on the same line, so you don't have to change trains. There are also food places nearby and a Starbucks near the hotel in walking distance, so you can get around easily.

I enjoyed my stay.

The hotel was absolutely beautiful, clean and very welcoming, the receptionists are very professional and answered all our questions, room perfect only disappointment was the bar was closed for the weekend but other then that 10/10

No thing

Room cleaning was not on a daily basis. There is no waiter to carry bags. I asked for a kettle, and there was no one in the hotel, although the rooms have a microwave.

Clean rooms, responsive staff to an initial room issue. Was fixed on the spot! Proximity to the T to commute downtown. 15 minute ride.

An expensive room without housekeeping service.

Great location. Modern look.

We stayed three nights and the room was not made up a single time. No low-cost breakfast options. Challenges with parking. One of our phones had issues with the wifi.

The location is very good.

It wasn't very clean, mainly the floor. At least no carpets, which is preferred.

Will not be staying again

Enjoyed that there was a 24 hour gym. The room was perfect temperante and the room services was excellent also,

The room did not have what I requested -the hotel room was for a disabled person to stay. The breakfast did not have a wide selection for children. Was given air mattresses to try to accommodate the situation of the wrong room. Front desk attendant was very rude and unprofessional.
