The only thing this place has going for them is the staff is kind and the location.

In town close to shops, near good food and shopping.

Pool not open, no elevator, not enough parking, continental breakfast done and not replenished for the rest of guests. 2 small pillows per bed, beds are hard as a rock.

Your staff is very nice

I stay at your hotel because of the location.

Fix the pool. This is 2 years in a row that there is something wrong with the pool. The stay is priced as if there is a pool. Lower your rates if the pool is unusable! A pass to another hotel is ridiculous and inconvenient.

Super netter und freundlicher Empfang (5 Sterne Plus) Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis Für ein Motel war das Zimmer sehr ruhig und auch groß Die Lage ist super wenn man sich Mount Rushmore ansehen möchte Parkplätze sind vorhanden und einfach zu erreichen.

The manager is great but otherwise it’s just meh. Don’t say there is a pool if it’s been closed for a year!!!!!

Said pool but it’s permanently closed! We paid more to stay there vs somewhere else because of the pool and staff. Take off poop as an amenity. We surely paid for it and it wasn’t there! There is also an awful smell outside the side door for 2 days that was enough to get to even the strongest of stomachs.

You get what you pay for

Natalie at the front desk was awesome. Very friendly and even helped us plan our route to get to our destinations.

Parking lot was pretty small. The overall decor & furniture is a bit older & run down. The dbl queen room is pretty small as well as the bathroom. My teenage kids complained about the comfort of the mattresses. I myself was so exhausted that I was able to sleep. Very disappointing to get to motel and find out the pool was closed and had to travel to an affiliated motel to use their pool.

It was a decent price for the area. Room was clean and comfortable. Has mini fridge. Can walk to restaurants and shops in Custer. Staff was efficient

We enjoyed our stay and the staff.

Omeka was wonderful. We were bummed the pool was out of use. But they gave us a pass to a sister location. We ended up not using because didn't want to drive around town in wet suit. But we booked particularly for location pool and price. We did grab coffee but didnt even look at breakfast. It was clean and near everything we needed.

The bathrooms were tiny. My son is average to tall height and he was struggling to get dressed and utilize the small space. The weather was cool so we didn't use the air conditioning but it was so loud I think it would have kept me up

Breakfast was not bad at all.

Old and not updated building and room. In description it says there is microwave in room but in reality there is none. Extremely small room and bathroom. Mirror was dirty. Really bad Coffee.

Staff was super friendly and helpful.

Booking needs to do a better job of knowing when pools are closed. This pool has. Been closed for months and will continue to. Be so. Bed was not comfortable. Small ( tiny) bathroom.

Great welcome, great location. Comfortable rooms

Not big breakfast eaters so the breakfast bag wasn’t an issue. Enjoyed the coffee in reception.

The toilet was too short. Hard for a person with back and leg problems to use. The sink had a bad smell when the water was running.

Good location, would stay again

Room was ready early, staff was helpful, side door access to car, coffee maker in room. Room was clean. I was just happy to get a room.

I had to stand on the bed to adjust the temperature of the AC/ heater unit. I looked for a remote but could not find one. The walls are thin. Could hear everything in the next room and above. This was during the buffalo round up and things were probably more lively than normal. Also no microwave in the room.

This was a decent place to stay.

Clean and comfortable room

Tight parking, bathroom was very small, with exception of Shane, the staff was efficient but not warm or friendly. Shane, who checked us in, was extremely friendly. I left a book at this location the previous week and they said it was never found.
