very comfortable room. enjoyed a good breakfast. friendly and accommodating staff. easy parking.

our refrigerator did not stay cold, and we figured that out the next morning when we discovered that our food was warm and needed to be thrown out.

Great value in a relaxing atmosphere

Clean and comfortable king suite with balcony. Location was secure and courtyard was beautiful.

Had difficulty connecting to the WiFi, continental served in Styrofoam with single-use plastics

Wouldn't return

The location was good. It felt secure and safe. Staff seemed okay.

The grounds were dirty. Pool chairs were all torn and broken. Breakfast was garbage. Our room was clean when we checked in, but in 4 nights, we never received ANY services until we had to call down and ask for clean towels and for someone to collect our garbage. And, even then, we were told to bag up our own trash and set it outside (where a BUNCH of other trash had accumulated) until housekeeping personel realized we were going to tip them; then they were able to remove the trash.

Kept Awake By Noise

Convenient location, clean room, ample free parking.

There was a tapping noise from the rooftop through the ceiling throughout the night that randomly occurred. Only had 2 hours of sleep with earplugs on.

The bed was comfortable. Good location

It's the same exact breakfast every day. No daily room service. You have to ask the desk for additional towels or clean sheets. When I did ask, the young guy stated rudely, this is why it's called extended. I don't live in California. Why would I know that? I asked where the nearest laundromat was, the staff didn't know there was one on site. The room was dirty, carpet peeling off the wall that's acts for baseboard. It's not worth the price we paid. It's almost $200a night.

It was a great stay, very clean and comfortable.

Hotel is very close to the airport, that alone is a bonus. Very clean, very well kept. Staff is super friendly, Pool was clean and decent size.

Water would stand still for about 10-15 minutes while showering and washing hands.

To sum it up I think I was given a bad deal for my $380 for two nights.

Their was no breakfast. Drinks and a small muffin or sweet roll. Not what I would call a breakfast. We had to go out to a restaurant.

Breakfast was acceptable and the hotel was acceptable. This is not the top-notch hotel and I wasn't expecting that but for the money it was acceptable.

Breakfast could've had more choices, the bed could've been a little bit more comfortable, but overall it was what I expected

it was what we needed...a place to stay overnight.

locations perfect.

I was charged for a safe deposit, without any explai=anation. when I asked the clerk she said the charge was Tax. So the next day at checkout I asked the checkout clerk...thats when I found out. Someone needs more training and customer service

Location, price and breakfast.

Room had many issues including TV remotes that did not work, loose toilet, The room above me flooded and water poured down through my bathroom ceiling causing me to fall when I stepped on the wet floor. The gentleman behind the desk in the morning did not appear to care...

breakfast was bland and continuously the same choice, might need to add oatmeal which is affordable and would add variety , food was mainly warm or cold, staff was polite and
