Nice hotel located in downtown and run by a friendly staff.

The rooms have been renovated. The staff is very nice. Parking in the garage is included and convenient.

The bathroom could include a makeup lighted mirror. The price was rather expensive.

The furniture in the room was dirty, when we arrived a request was made for rooms together, that did not happen until we complained. The breakfast was not continental instead made to order and very limited on what you could order per person for additional cost.

Overpriced for what you get

The staff were very kind and the restaurant wait staff were great!

The walls are almost paper thin and you can hear too well if your neighbors are partying or a baseball team is running up and down the hallway. Also, the body wash container was empty and 2 of the 3 pump containers weren't connected to the walls, making them a little hard to use in the shower.

Location comfortable and nice view from the room

Bought grandkids for swimming while on spring break. Pool was cold. They didn't even want to stay in it long. No hot tub. Restaurant does not do room service and no breakfast continental or any other included with price. Have to go elsewhere

Loved the overall cleanliness. Room was cold. Adjusting the thermostat didn't seem to do much.

Breakfast was horrid! I ordered a breakfast sandwich. I ate the fresh fruit. Bit into the sausage sandwich, spit it out and threw it away. A greasy horrible mess.

Room was nice but refrigerator wasn't even big enough for dinner leftovers.

There wasn't coffee available in common area in the lobby. I was downstairs at 10:10AM Sunday morning and Starbucks was closed and there wasn't anywhere to get coffee. I attempted to make a purchase at the same Starbucks Saturday night and their card reader was malfunctioning. I understand that wasn't their fault but I'm sure they could have done something to help out customers. And Sunday morning couldn't they do like lesser $$$hotels and leave coffee throughout the day.

Don’t think we will be staying at any Marriotts.

It was good

Had to keep calling for towels, had no cups or ice bucket, had to call twice for a do not disturb sign and the kid who finally brought us our stuff didn’t have good manners.

Would stay again in a pinch, but would not recommend to a friend.

Property was well maintained, and adequate. but had trouble learning of locations of amenities and local markets.

Stayed for 9 nights, and there was not one attempt to provide maid service or linen change to the room even one time. Even had to practically beg for fresh towels, despite being 55 plus, and in the age group extra prone to bacterial, viral and fungal infections.

Peaceful and comfortable.

Didn’t have breakfast. Love the location—I can visit family and do business from there. Love the affiliation with The Arc. I’ve been involved in The Arc in the county where I live in NC. Easy parking and easy in and out is a plus.

Last booking I requested a King size bed and upon arrival was told you were “sold out”.

Convenient to BSU, connected to an excellent restaurant, free parking garage next door, accessible for drop off/pick up

UNCOMFORTABLE bed and pillows, temperature kept defaulting to 67 degrees, clean linens but needs attention to cleaning details and updating

Pleasant

Room was very clean and staff was very nice and helpful.

Could hear the trains all night long. Also, only 1 person at the Bistro for breakfast so was taking a long time to get food. We had to go some place else since we didn't have much time.
