Net hotel met mooi buitenzwembad.

Groot hotel met ruime en nette kamers. Het openluchtzwembad en 24/7 fitness zijn leuke extraatjes. De badkamer is ruim en netjes. Prima bedden en hoofdkussens.

Het ontbijt kon beter. Er was weinig keuze en de keuze die er was, was niet top. De bagels waren bv heel erg droog, het vers fruit zag er niet lekker uit. We hadden meer verwacht voor een Hyatt.

Great clean hotel enjoyed our visit

Breakfast was excellent.

The write ups of the property stated you have a restaurant. It was not a restaurant. So tiny and overrated. The parking could be better. You were under construction and was not mentioned. Other than that it was a good property to stay. Also the shuttle information could have been better. It was confusing. It runs every 30 minutes.

IT WAS CLEAN, BREAKFAST WAS CHEAP THOUGH FELT LIKE A MOTEL 6 BREAKFAST

BED COULD HAVE BEEN MORE COMFORTABLE, FELT LIKE A CARDBOARD BOX I WAS LAYING ON.

The outside trashes were always overflowing.. and the breakfast was slim.. the staff did a great job trying to keep up with the rush, but most times it was slim pickins

A very nice hotel with top end amenities.

Very good location for our trip because we were going to the Utah Olympic Park and the shopping center was very close as well. Nice rooms with good beds, good breakfast and even had free appetizers in lobby before supper.

The multiple building setup was a little annoying with a lot of walking to get to main lobby

The facility was comfortable and clean.

The bed was too firm. It was difficult to exit the property and travel toward I80 and Kimball Junction. The cold French Toast and waffles were not appetizing. The accessibility of the bowls for fruit was poor. In fact, the fruit was frozen and inedible.

Great value and a great product literally a stone throw away from the Waldorf Astoria....

The hotel is in amazing shape...and very, very clean. The staff go above and beyond to accommodate any request. The complimentary shuttle to the ski slopes is awesome. The breakfast, other than the orange juice, is outstanding!!!

The location is awesome. The hotel was great. The sauna and swimming pool were excellent. Staff was super friendly and helpful.

There was no place to leave the ski/snowboard equipment, and we had to take it inside the room. Which is not convenient since it has snow usually. There is not enough hangers to leave the ski/snowboard clothes to dry for the next day.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Gym facility was a good size and had sufficient equipment

Very poor location for access to ski area - local bus service was unreliable. Quality of hygiene was poor - we found mouldy bagels on three occasions at breakfast. Reception area was small and cramped and there was limited space to find a quiet spot to work.

The hot tub could have been hotter. The staff could have been nicer, they seemed bothered by guests and irritated.

friendly staff. modern and clean with breakfast included. large king suite for one night in ski season got the bus just across the road along to ski resort as didn’t have a car. super handy.

not the cheapest but it’s park city at ski season please do more recycling!
