This is a lovely house on the outskirts of Castallamare de Golfo and is truly beautiful and authentic. Very well equipped and spacious and good air conditioning in the bedrooms. A really lovely outdoor space and pool. The owner is very responsive and easy to communicate with and helped to make our stay a pleasant one

Property was very clean and view was amazing. Pool was lovely. A/C in bedroom worked great. Very convenient for trips to scopello and alcamo. Lucietta was incredibly responsive and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our week in her beautiful home.

Nice house, tastefully modernized and decorated. Great location on the hill, with beautiful views on the bay and the mountains. Close to the city and only 5 minutes from a nice sandy beach. Nice little refreshing swimming pool. Lucietta is a wonderful host, providing a warm welcome, including cold drinks 😀 and helping with any practical question you may have. We’ll try to come again!

Amazing Place
Stayed one week at Luccieta's house and really enjoyed our time! The house is everything you see on the pictures, and even better in person! Very nice pool, garden, location, ambiance. The house has everything you need, including fully equipped kitchen. Very clean! Luccieta is great with welcoming and communicating! Loved the area around, especially marina for evening strolls and dinners. If you can, take a boat for one day which you can rent at the marina. Enjoy!

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié ce court séjour dans la maison de Lucia . Tout est conforme à la description . Une maison avec beaucoup de charme et un jardin très dépaysant pour des repas sous les oliviers et les vignes , avec vue sur le golfe . Et un accueil parfait avec de délicates attentions .

La villa è situata in un contesto molto tranquillo ed è immersa nel verde. È molto silenziosa ed offre un relax notevole, inoltre, è dotata di tutti i comfort ed è arredata con gusto. È comunque vicina a tutti i servizi necessari per una vacanza comoda.La piscina dà quel tocco di lusso che ti invita a rimanere nell' oasi di pace del giardino ben piantumato. Partendo dalla villa si possono raggiungere località di mare fantastiche, siti archeologici meravigliosi e luoghi ricchi di cultura. Castellammare è una località molto vivace in grado di offrire al turista ristoranti, pubs, negozi e tutte le attrazione di una località di villeggiatura per tutte le età. Lucia la proprietaria della villa insieme a suo marito Giacomo ed ai loro figli sono persone speciali, ci hanno accolto per la seconda volta nella loro villa ( ebbene si, è la seconda volta che andiamo da Lucia )con gentilezza e mille attenzioni. La villa ci è stata consegnata pulitissima e consigliamo questa soluzione a tutti coloro che desiderano una vacanza tranquilla con tutti i confort.

Simply wonderful
Abbiamo alloggiato per 2 settimane in questa casa, usandola sia come base d'appoggio per poter visitare i siti archelogici e le città più importanti della zona occidentale della Sicilia, sia per immergerci con i diving della zona nella meravigliose acque prospicienti, sia per trovare pace e relax. L' abitazione è fornita di tutto: biancheria, stoviglie ecc e tutto è in perfetto ordine. Apprezzabile il restauro conservativo del piano terra della casa. Splendida l' accoglienza e la gentilezza della padrona di casa e del marito.

Nous avons apprécié les deux semaines de septembre passées dans cette maison. Sa situation offre un beau point de vue sur la mer et sur la montagne, il fait calme même si chaque nuit les chiens et les coqs nous rappellent bruyamment que nous sommes à la campagne.
Nous avons pu visiter tous les sites archéologiques sans faire trop de kilomètres, Même Palerme peut être atteint et parcouru en une journée.
La réserve naturelle du Zingaro toute proche offre de magnifiques promenades et il est facile de trouver de belles petites criques où nager et se reposer.
L'accueil des propriétaires a été chaleureux, ils ont été efficaces chaque fois que nous avons eu besoin d'aide .
La maison a été transformée avec goût en respectant son authenticité . Le linge de maison ne manque pas, la cuisine bien pourvue en vaisselle permet de cuisiner comme on le souhaite. Nous pouvons tout au plus regretter que la salle de bain ne soit pas au niveau des chambres et qu'il n'y ait pas de lave-vaisselle.
C'est une excellente adresse pour un séjour en Sicile.

Il soggiorno nella casa vacanza di Castellammare del Golfo di Lucietta è stata pienamente soddisfacente. La casa è ampia e spaziosa, sia al piano di sotto che al primo piano nelle camere da letto. Il piano terra è arredato con gran gusto, nel rispetto e con richiami alla struttura originale e con tanti spunti innovativi. Le ampie mura garantiscono una fresca temperatura tutta il giorno. Le camere hanno un stile più vintage e nelle giornate più calde, come quelle che abbiamo avuto noi, il climatizzatore in entrambe le camere è stato molto apprezzato. La vista del mare dal terrazzo delle camere è spettacolare. All'esterno, la piscina ricavata dal vecchio abbeveratoio è una po' piccola, ma sufficiente per dare refrigerio. L'idromassaggio è l'ideale per rilassarsi specie se durante il giorno si è camminato per ammirare una delle tante attrazioni presenti nelle vicinanze. Completa il panorama il terreno circostante con le piante da frutto, dai fichi ai limoni, dalle olive alla pianta di gelso.

Nette, schone en moderne woning in een mooie omgeving met mooi uitzicht.
We hebben hier een paar hele mooie dagen doorgebracht. De villa bevat alle faciliteiten die je nodig hebt. Verder heel schoon en modern. Ligt dichtbij een leuk stadje, te bereiken met de auto.
Nadeel waren de vele wespen bij het zwembad en het water van het zwembad was iets te koud voor ons zoontje van 1 jaar.

Nous sommes une famille de 4 personnes et avons vraiment adore notre sejour dans cette maison. L'emplacement est un peu retire sur les hauteurs de Castellamare ce qui permet d'etre au calme. La maison est construite sur un tres grand terrain ou on peut frequemment voir des lapins gambader en liberte parmi les oliviers et les citronniers. Les enfants ont adore ca !
Lucia et son mari nous ont accueillis chaleureusement malgre notre arrivee tardive due au retard du ferry. Ils ont pris le temps de bien nous expliquer la maison et nous avons meme eu droit a la surprise de beneficier de la piscine qui venait juste d'etre construite!
La maison est tres spacieuse et tres confortable. La terrasse est tres agreable en particulier le matin pour prendre le petit dejeuner avec une vue panoramique sur la mer et les cotes de Sicile.
Le seul point "negatif" est que nous etions si bien dans cette maison, du coup la semaine est passee a toute vitesse et nous avons ete tristes de la quitter si rapidement!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette maison très bien équipée et bien située sur les hauteurs de castellamare. Lucietta, la propriétaire, a été très soucieuse que tout se passe pour le mieux. Les chiens voisins ne nous ont même pas dérangés, allez-y et profitez de la réserve de zingaro et des atouts de cette region!

Casa muy bien situada, acogedora y tranquila.
Viajamos la primera semana de septiembre y nuestra estancia fue perfecta. Los propietarios muy amables, la casa entregada en perfectas condiciones, muy limpia y muy bien equipada. Resulta muy acogedora y cómoda. El lugar es tranquilísimo, por lo que queda garantizado un buen descanso, pero al mismo tiempo cercana a comercios y todo lo que se pueda precisar.
La ubicación resulta ideal para visitar el oeste de Sicilia, a poca distancia de los principales lugares de interés, playas y calas y zonas turísticas.
La recomendamos sin ninguna duda!

Très agréable location
La location est très agréable, restaurée avec goût et fraîche en été. La salledebain et la salle d'eau sont modernes et design. La vue est sublime, le quartier est calme. C'est bien situé et pratique pour visiter la réserve du zingaro, Trapani, Segesta et les thermes. Le terrain avec les oliviers et les figuiers est superbe. Lucia, la proprietaire est très accueillante et prévenante. Bref, que du bonheur!

Maison conforme à la description, agréable. Très bon accueil. Equipement très bien. Dommage que le jardin soit seulement à moitié aménagé. Grande pièce très agréable et terrasse devant la maison. Situé dans une rue vers la sortie de Castellamare. Un lieu qui permet de visiter les zones de Scopello et Zingaro à proximité, et les autres sites de l'Ouest de la Sicile.

Petit bout de campagne sicilienne...
Maison idéale si vous voulez passer vos vacances à Castellamare del Golfo au calme, dans un petit bout de campagne sicilienne. La maison est entourée d'oliviers et de quelques arbres fruitiers typiquement méditerranéens, la vue sur la mer est splendide. Cette maison dispose de tout l'équipement nécessaire pour passer de superbes vacances en famille. Nos filles (6 et 4 ans) ont adoré se balader sur le terrain a la recherche de la faune et de la flore locale. Le centre et la plage de Castellamare se trouvent à environ 3 km, de même l'autoroute menant aux grandes villes de la côte ouest de la Sicile. Si vous en avez le courage, je vous invite à vous lever tôt et admirer le lever du Soleil sur les montagnes qui font face à la maison. Impossible enfin de ne pas terminer ce commentaire sans dire un petit mot sur l'accueil et la gentillesse extrême de la propriétaire des lieux, encore merci pour tout ! Nous reviendrons !

Wir haben uns in Lucias Haus sehr wohl gefühlt, es ist mit Geschmack und intelligent restauriert, bietet viel Platz, Komfort und ist sehr sauber. Alles was man braucht, um sich ‘zuhause’ zu fühlen ist vorhanden. Sehr angenehm auch die Klimaanlage in den Schlafzimmern im ersten Stock – die überigens sehr schön sind mit ihren Fenstertüren, die auf den Balkon gehen und mit weitem Blick bis zum Meer.Ein zauberhafter Platz am Abend!
Man erreicht in wenigen Minuten den Ort Castellalmare, mit seinen verführerischen Konditoreien, Geschäften und Restaurants.Viele schöne Strände für jeden Geschmack. Mit erinem spektakulären Meer – nie so viele, schöne bunte Fische gesehen!
Lucia hat uns mit ihrem Mann sehr herzlich empfangen und mit ersten Vorrärten versorgt und war mit Rat und Tat jederzeit sehr hilfsbereit.
Sicherlich werden wir nach Sizilien zurückkehren, beeindruckt von seiner wilden Schönheit, seiner Natur, Kunst und seinen Leuten.
La nostra vacanza nella piacevole casa di Lucia è stata molto bella. La casa è ristrutturata con gusto e intelligenza architettonica, è spaziosa, confortevole, molto pulita e ha veramente tutto quello che serve per sentirsi a casa. Molto piacevole anche l’aria condizionata nelle camere da letto al primo piano – tra l’altro bellissime con porte finestre sul balcone e vista sul golfo. La sera un posto veramente incantevole! Dalla casa si raggiunge in poco tempo il bellissimo paese di Castellammare, con le sue pasticcerie da mille tentazioni, o per andare a mangiare la sera. Tante belle spiagge per ogni gusto con un mare spettacolare – mai visto cosi tanti pesci colorati prima.
Lucia e suo marito ci hanno dato un caloroso benvenuto, procurandoci anche delle proviste. Lucia è stata molto presente e pronta per un qualsiasi consiglio e aiuto.
Torneremo in Sicilia che ci ha molto colpito con la sua bellezza selvatica, la sua natura e la sua arte e la sua gente.
