Perfect for short stays

Great spot & staff. Picked it as it had parking and a laundry. Was nice to be able to make simple dishes instead of eating out. You need your drive to get to down town eg Magnolia Silo’s.

Worth an extended stay place for the future.

The on site store is well stocked and the pricing is perfect. Everyone was helpful and professional. An accommodating place that is well maintained.

Easy, comfortable and safe.

Super clean and fresh. If you need to do laundry there are free washers/dryers near pool and gym. Accommodating and clean. Staff super sweet as I am in middle of a move to new location.

Rate change from Thursday to Friday. Killed my Thursday savings and budget. Worth it vs my ex favorite hotel.

Clean and comfy.

Our room was exceptionally clean, beds were comfortable. The staff was friendly and welcoming.

Maybe a little cheaper? I don’t know - all hotels have gotten very expensive, so the price was in line with all others. I just haven’t traveled in a while and I had sticker shock when I saw prices. But this hotel was way above and beyond on services and comfort and cleanliness, so their expenses are probably as high or higher than other hotels to be able to maintain their level of excellence. I came right back here on the way home because this Candlewood Suites was spotless and friendly. They just can’t be beat!

Nice suite. Loved the pantry. Great staff

Loud noise above me and next to me. Not sure if they were doing work to rooms but it was niusey early in the mornings. The a/c was also loud turning on and off. Startled me a few times. I guess chalk that up to being a light sleeper

Excellent experience! Will stay again given the chance!

I loved the free laundry service. The machines were clean and modern and of a newer design. Great experience!!

I wish they would offer a continental breakfast.

We liked the hotel and would come again if in Waco.

No breakfast but there is a kitchen available. The location was good for us, very close to I35 and shopping.

The room was very clean, but there was an old piece of gum worn into the carpet. It was no longer sticky. The toilet rocked a bit, so just a couple of maintenance/extra cleaning issues.

horrible and traumatic experience.

very unprofessional. front desk agent put us on the wrong floor for my daughters birthday and then kicked us out for being too loud on top of other guest when I had already informed them that there would be a 5 year old little girls birthday party with other little girls.. she laughed at my daughter and we got into a verbal altercation because of it. it was a traumatic experience for my daughter. would never recommend this hotel to anyone

Great location and the staff were all so nice!! Room was great and I really liked the full fridge freezer and kitchen as I was here for the half iron man so had plenty of room for all my nutrition and hydration!
