Jaquille and Desmond were both wonderful. Jaquille went above and beyond by helping us with reservations and making sure our stay was just perfect and once we arrived Desmond was great as well.

I love the size of the room and the design. The bathroom is great especially that walk in shower. Clean room with lots of amenities.

It took a while getting wifi. We had to call the front desk and he needed our confirmation and pin number. Then we had to wait over 20 minutes to get but that was the only complaint.

Fun sporting event with my kid!

Amazing front desk and housekeeping staff. It’s close to LSU and New Orleans. Yhis property is very clean!

The mattresses need to be replaced they have dents in them!

the property was clean

The staff named Ashley/Andrea has very poor customer service skills. She could not locate our confirmed booking from Booking.com and handled the situation poorly. We waited for more than an hour, other guests strangely looking at us, caused so much inconvenience and embarrassment! Although I showed her our confirmed and paid booking, she insisted that we called the third party agent and did not offer help. In the end we were charged twice and had to wait for a week for the extra charges to get cancelled and reversed into my account. On one hand, Tanaka the F &B manager was kind enough to follow through before we left. She embodies great customer service and went extra mile to resolve the situation.

Great place to stay

The hotel was very clean. The lobby smelled great and was clean, and the room was exceptionally clean. The room was large and decorated well. We stayed during an Arctic blast and the heater kept us comfortable and warm. There was plenty of free parking and the hotel is located behind the Tanger Outlets ( walking distance). We liked that the hotel was right off of I10 highway, but not so close that there's road noise.

The breakfast hours end early. It would be great if breakfast ended at 10 on the weekends. 9 is a little early.

Cleanliness of facility.

Toilet wouldn't flush had to keep filling toilet by filling ice bucket with water to fill and flush. Very unsanitary.
