It was clean and most of staff was very helpful

One lady in the café was extremely rude to my ole lady. Would not let her order any food because they needed time to clean up even tho they had close to 2 hours before they closed the kitchen

Disappointing… we stay at Courtyard in Fernandina frequently….. there is no comparison

Staff was terrible from front desk to bistro cafe…. It’s obvious service/hospitality training is not a priority

Consistently an excellent stay!

This facility is consistently excellent! Rooms are always well appointed and very comfortable, staff are usually quite pleasant and do an excellent job keeping the rooms clean

Would definitely come back here or recommend anyone to come here with a super friendly staff & an amazing location!

Loved the location, right across from the beach, close enough to walk to beach restaurants, & 10 min Uber drive to old St Augustine. Staff was super friendly & helpful with any questions about the area or an extra towel request.

Would have liked our room cleaned daily.

We were dissapointed to say the least.

Location was great. Bed was not clean when turned down. We found this out at 1AM and the staff wanted us to move rooms. We would not and happen to bring our own blankets so we improvised. But that definitely ruined the stay. Nothing was comfortable from that point.

Beautiful wonderful Hotel with beach & or pool!!!’

Only 1 thing I would change & this was my fault,there is no kitchenette in these rooms. But I knew that when booking! The people the comfort cleanliness & location could not have been better!!!

Great location and stay

We booked this last minute and pleased with the availability and price. The beds were comfortable. I liked that it was a close walk to the beach and close to restaurants. We drove to restaurants but not too far. There is a restaurant called cafe eleven right down the road which was outstanding.

It was a great stay with a beautiful location and comfort but the staff and other things

I was disappointed when the breakfast wasn’t accommodated. The hotel and stay is already so expensive. When we went down to the hotel lobby to see where breakfast was and then the lady goes no you have to pay here for it but it’s not working so I can’t ring up anything because are machine is broken and wasn’t nice.

The staff at the front!! One women was not the nicest and very passive

We liked the location but thought that the cost of the room was high 4 Feb & not being on the beach.

We liked the staff - everyone that we came across was very nice and helpful. We didn't bring our electric car but we were happy to see several EV charging stations.

The air conditioner/heater had a high-pitched noise that we asked if someone could look at. The noise was not able to be fixed but the service man did do as thorough a cleaning as he could with a vacuum cleaner. The filters and inside the front hadn't been cleaned maybe ever, and was dusty, dirty and very un-appealing. The room furnishings seemed kind of old. We didn't go to the beach due to the rainy weather.

Easy, early check-in. Front desk staff very friendly, helpful and quick. Room very clean with ample supplies. Easy check-out also. Great location, East open parking.

Everyone was so nice and helpful. We enjoyed the closeness to the beach , plenty of food choices close! Would stay again! Hotel was clean and rooms were nice size! Beds were great!

It was okay at best.

No continental breakfast at the facility, the breakfast at the facility was too expensive, ie Starbucks. We went next door for the meal.

The staff wasn’t helpful during check in. No information was given regarding the facilities.

Great location to the Beach and Concert Venue.

The Pool was a little cloudy and could have used some maintenance. Some tiles were missing and a Crack in the ceiling in room 117.

good for one night, if you are coming with a family not having included breakfast is a bummer (especially for the cost)

clean, felt very safe in a unfamiliar area, comfortable bed

couldnt control the AC. only on or off. husband who is always hot was even cold, we had to put pillows near the unit to prevent it from blowing on us. would have been nice to adjust. wasnt going to complain or change rooms, arrived very late after driving for 14 hours.

Excellent hotel for relaxing getaway near St. Augustine

Rooms are enormous, pool/deck area is beautiful and relaxing, welcoming staff. Bathrooms are beautiful.

Later pool hours would be great, also more towels available.
