Very pleasant, clean and relaxing hotel! A true Gem!

Very pleasant and best check-in ever by Tyricia! Tyricia welcomed us with a big smile after 6 long hours of traveling, she was very informative and gave us great restaurant recommendations! A true asset to your hotel! Room, bed and pillows were exquisite!

It was wonderful and especially the personnel and the cleanness of the hotel.

The personnel were exceptional! I wish I knew the young lady’s name behind the check in counter because she went way above and beyond to help us. I would highly recommend this hotel!

It was the perfect stopover for our flights back to the UK.

We had dinner and it was great food and great porions. We had breakfast which was also great. All the staff were very helpful and friendly.

Clean, spacious, bartender was nice. Although there was not a shuttle driver for the 4:00 am shuttle, the desk clerk arranged for uber drivers that got us to the airport on time.

Did not expect to have to pay for overnight parking for one of our guests.

Dawn in the restaurant, was excellent to deal with, and knowledgeable about the hotel and staff. Shuttle driver was very helpful, and friendly.

Not to have adequate fire safety in place. Shower non ADA compliant Impossible to hold door open when bringing in your luggage, a hotel wide problem.

Disappointing because the fire code issue was a huge surprise.

Location was convenient.

The hotel has been in violation of the fire code since April 26, 2023. There is a sign posted on the revolving door to that effect. The hotel did not provide advance notice of this situation and we did not feel safe. The airport shuttle took twice as long to get to the airport as any other hotel. We saw Doubletree and Marriott and other shuttles come twice before our shuttle even showed up once.

My stay overall was okay

I liked that it was a nice hotel in the lobby the rooms were nice

The staff did not clean my room while I was gone or make the bed and also they didn’t have Netflix on their TV or any good movies channels.

it’s neat and close to the airport.

They have construction going on above my room as early as 6am. The noise didn’t allow me to sleep or stay in room after 6am. And the supervisor couldn’t do anything about it.

Nice hotel near airport

The airport shuttle was great, the staff were excellent, our room had a nice ocean view in the distance and the room was a good size. Also there is a nice Pier a few miles away.

The mattress was a bit lumpy. Also there is a fragrance all over the lobby and in the gym it was overwhelming.

Very pleased overall with our 6-night stay.

Lobby smelled nice and throughout the whole hotel - loved the scent. Room was pretty spacious with generous amenities (shower gel, shampoo & conditioner). Spent 6 nights there, first evening was quiet but the following five nights; not so. Appreciated the absence of young children throughout our stay...wished there was an in-room microwave and program information on the closed-circuit television and would be great if coffee/tea/hot water was available in the lobby 24-hours not just during dining hours. Also, loved the security the hotel provides by having to use room key to access guest floors.

As previously mentioned - wished there had been an in-room microwave oven and 24-hour availability of coffee/tea/hot water in lobby. The laundry facility was a little confusing as there were two washers and two dryers and of the three major appliances charging $2.50 to use however, the fourth appliance, another dryer was $3.00 even though everything about it was exactly the same as the other dryer (puzzling).

Disappointing.

Room was HUGE and spotless!

Bed was VERY uncomfortable. Thin sheet and bed spread. WAY too cold (even after adjusting the thermostat.) Location was VERY sketchy. (Mobile police video cart used.)
