I liked how close it was to the lake and the parking lot was nice since we had a boat!

Absolutely horrible front desk man very unprofessional.. my family was in out door pool 2 hours swimming for the front desk man to kick my family out apparently they had chemicals in pool and were waiting on results no signs stating pool was closed. We then went to indoor pool for same guy to just get ignorant with us and say we need to leave cause there was to many kids.. and that this wasn't a place for a family reunion or pool party. He litterly kicked us out and said check out of the room and he will refund us... We called at 10 am that moring to ask if we could have few extra people there and the laidy said Absolutely were very family orentated.. well the guy at the front desk was not.. Had they said no we couldn't have a few extra people there we would have went else where l. I didn't drive 9 hours and pay for a presidential suite to be treated like crap.. Then they failed to tell us the jacuzzi was broke our room had no hot water there was no ice machines nor vending machines there were working. And out room had cigarett butts all in the sofa.. THEN AFTER HE kicked us out he posted signs on indoor pool saying no pool parties..like wth... We were not bothering no one the kids were being very good.. DEFIENTLY THIS PLACE DOES NOT DESERVE AND GOOD REVIEWS.. THIS PLACE IS A NIGHTMARE AND THEY NEED TO DEFIENTLY BE ADDRESSED

The discrimination against my family

Staff was friendly.

There were some questionable people staying there. Also, the hot tub has been down for months and someone came through running and screaming “fire” in the middle of the night.

Our room was very clean and comfy!

No ice, change machine out of change & front desk wouldn't break bills, kids running the halls all night, no breakfast.

The property is conveniently located near to restaurants, businesses.

The restaurant & bar advertised inside the hotel closes early. The online hours are incorrect. This amenity was a major booking consideration for me. I was disappointed.

Nothing

Called me after I went to the hotel to confirm my reservation. Which was made 2 weeks in advance. Only to be called later that night to say it was not available. Had to leave a recruiting visit at Notre Dame to get to the hotel to figure out why I was being canceled.

It was mostly reasonably priced but not worth the price I paid.

The hot tub jets didn’t work the toilet in our room was clogged when we got there the bed had tiny hairs all over the linens and there was fleas in the sofa bed
