The person that checked me in was not very accommodating.

The property was nice and clean.

The only thing I didn’t like was there was not any info in the room about television. Had to search for a guide.

It was ok. I was not impressed.

The hotel is very nice. The luxury of the facility sells itself. Good service would make it even better.

The breakfast did not have much hot food such as eggs. The staff gave me attitude when I asked simple questions. I also ordered a Queen suite with two beds and got one bed and a pull out couch. The rate for such a room is too much.

The stay was solid, what we needed for medical purposes.

The "Noriega" guy on duty was boring and didn't look at my wife and I when he spoke to us. He said the "right things" but was someone I wanted to get away from.

Staff was nice but a couple of things need repair in the room.

It was clean.

Our room door had to be pushed/slammed to close. It would stick. The a/c was loud when fan kicked on and room didn't get really cool until midnight even though the temperature was set on 60 when we arrived. Otherwise it was fine.

Frühstück war gut. Personal und Zimmer sind auch gut. Mit etwas mehr Pflege und Sauberkeit könnte das Hotel noch viel besser sein!

Das Hotel ist optisch auf den ersten Blick sehr schön und hat an sich eine schöne Außenanlage. Leider ist es sehr ungepflegt. Gerade der Pool war sehr dreckig. Total trüb (man konnte den Boden nicht sehen) und voll mit Laub und Dreck. Auch die Sitzmöglichkeiten außen waren sehr verschmutzt. Das Hotel ist umgeben von günstigeren Hotels/Motels und es ist sehr viel komisches Publikum in der Gegend unterwegs.

Tolles gut ausgestattetes Hotel mit schöner Anlage und freundlichen Personal! Saubere große Zimmer, Frühstück war soweit auch gut!

Das Umfeld ist leider nicht das Beste, die Gegend ist leidergottes sehr heruntergekommen, wobei man beim Hotel selber nichts merkt davon weil es doch etwas abgeschottet ist, aber in der Nacht würde ich den Hotelparklpatz allein nicht verlssen! Hotel selber kann natürlich nichts dafür!

Over all it was a good stay was noisy some on the 4th floor this time but that is understandable.

The Break fast was awesome and the location was great as well.

The room was okay but I didn’t care for the shower in room 417 looked like a handicap person shower and the room was not as nice with amenities as the other rooms we have slept in before so that was a little disappointing but the room was nice and clean and the bed was really comfortable 😊

Cozy, comfortable and in a great location

Loved the proximity to shops, food and stores. It was very clean. Loved the interior decor throughout the hotel and the room we stayed in was very spacious. The staff at checkout was great.

Some of the hot offerings for breakfast weren’t the greatest, but in the grand scheme of things that was not a deal breaker for me. It was also a bit expensive for a one night stay, but compared to other places in the area, I guess you get what you pay for.

Typical comfortable Hilton hotel in the suburbs on I-20

The location overlooks I-20 but no road noise with lots of gas and food options nearby. However, downtown is 10-15 minutes away. The hotel lobby is quite spacious as well as the room and the front desk staff was personable and friendly. Comfy bed and linens and plenty of pillows and the bath towels were ample and soft. Nice to have the large bottles of shampoo and conditioner and body wash affixed to the wall of the shower so that there are no small plastic bottles to deal with. The included breakfast had more than plenty of choices A typical comfortable Hilton lodging.

The large TV was very nice but sat to the right of the bed so one had to look right to watch it which gave us a stiff neck.

The entire property was clean and well equipped and lighted

We came with 7 girls for a dance competition and got complaints the entire time from check in to check out about how loud they were. I mean they were teenage girls excited. Was told by security some reported smoking in the girls room which was a lie

The room is HUGE!!! Loved the space, had family come over and it wasn't overcrowded.

Excellent selection of food. I looked for plain yogurt but it wasn’t there. The room floor and bathroom floor were always damp and slightly slick. Not sure why. Bathroom was wonderful. Pool area was awesome - fire pit, putting greens, lovely flowers.
