Great comfortable beds nice shower terrible view

Good location, good price, nice staff but did not meet expectations of the photos I saw when booking.

Close proximity to the boardwalk, inexpensive. Nice staff. They let us check in early because we have a baby which was really appreciated.

The photos showed an outdoor lounge area that doesn’t exist, the floors in the room were filthy.

Despite the hotel being new, the faulty fire alarms system repeatedly went on even at night

Location to boardwalk but would not recommend this hotel at all despite it being new

Everything else. Faulty and extremely loud fire alarm system repeatedly turned on throughout the day and night. Despite being promised by staff member Mona that the matter was resolved, but in truth, it was not. We were repeatedly woken up at night due to these faulty alarms. The two beds were inside a super tiny room suitable for one bed and certainly not two beds. Although the hotel was brand new, I would not recommend it at all.

This motel has been one of my worst experiences of my life

Nothing this place should be shut down

This is the worst motel, I and my wife have ever stayed at, you think it can't be that bad and it's so much worse, no one should ever stay here you will have a terrible stay with certainty, from the walls to the floor everything is sticky and stained, the room could barely fit two beds one bed blocked the door by 3 inches and had to me moved to enter, the door jam was busted as though forceful entry was made at one point and never fixed along with the inside lock, I had to buy a lock and put it on myself, holes in the wall with exposed insulation, the toilet would not flush completely and the staff could not fix it we had to deal with it, within minutes of being in our room we hear the fire alarm from the hallway going off as smoke is filling our room, we had to grab the kids and run for the door, due to a lack of cleaning the dryer vents, a dryer had caught on fire and we were all exposed to major smoke, I noticed that the smoke alarm did not go off on the room we were occupying and that's because it was in a drawer and not affixed to the ceiling, also there is no CO2 alarm which could prove fatal being that they have a large natural gas boiling system, per code it is needed to have co2 alarms, everybody's life is in danger at this motel, everyone should stay away from this place but if you have children you must stay away for they're own safety

Lazy help

1 of the 2 pools were clean enough to let the kids go in

When we arrived the window in our room was open I turned on the window unit AC and tried to close the window but couldn't. Went down to get some help The front desk lady tried and could not, she would send someone up. So we left to go to dinner and came back 2 hours later, the window was still open. Went back to the front desk, and 2 men playing video games said Oh yeah he is going right now to close it. Ok so off to the boardwalk 3 hours later we get home at 1015 p.m. 3 kids exhausted ready for a nice cool room and bed and of course, it is still open. Maintenance came at 1030 took him 15 minutes to get it closed, and another 3 hours to cool down the room.

Disappointing

It was close to the boardwalk

No curtains on the window woke up every morning to bright sun Bathroom was small no towel hangers for the towels. No place to put bars of soap in the shower. Standup shower entry was tight no light in the shower. Both beds were hard TV on wall Had wires dangling wire molding on floor was loose. I know.

The location.

The first room had a ceiling leak, so they gave us a room upstairs b across the parking lot. Mind you I just had a major hip surgery. The se ond room had a bad gnat infestation!!!

I didn’t like anything about the hotel, it’s for housing people to live there as well ,and they treated us like we were one of them. Our family felt like we were staying at a housing project.

That it was close to the beach

There are definitely bed bugs. I slept in one bed and my children slept in another. We all checked the beds prior to unpacking anything. Didn’t see a thing. Woke up at 5am and was scratching. I look and there is a bite. I look more and there is a bed bug. I kill it and smear the blood on the blanket. I ended up going back to sleep which was the worst idea ever. I woke up with even more bites on my hands and feet. Children as well. I got what I paid for I guess. Caution to anyone. Please be aware.

The location was great !

We had the hotel light right outside our window blinking and flashing all night, and there was no curtain to hide the light from our room. The beds and pillows are horrible sry but the rooms are very small.

Quick and convenient

Convenient location to festival at the beach. Everything you need is in walking distance

Needs upgrades and not just paint to cover the outdated aspects. Towels were stained 'but cleanish' no where to put clothing except in your bag-there were was a closet area (sort of) but no bar or hangers so staying more than an extended weekend would be messy.

Very nice location to beach and boardwalk, and the room was clean.

It smelled like weed all throughout the halls. The rooms did not but otherwise the rest did. The water pressure is also not great.
