For an older place it was very well kept. The room was well equipped, clean and comfortable. Pillows could have been a bit larger and more substantial, but overall quite good. Staff was young but polite.

Breakfast was a bit disappointing. We got down to it at 9 am and there was almost nothing left to eat. The juice and milk were also empty. Had to settle for a waffle and coffee. When we went back to our room around 9:30 we saw a young man bringing some fresh food out and he appeared to be getting scolded by a older female employee.

Location was great, near Dunes National Park. Very nice breakfast provided!

Sink was clogged. Needs some updates, all around.

The place was great. Friendly staff and the hotel was spotless.

The cleaning service was excellent. Liked that UNO was right there.

The manager was not friendly at all. Not one smile looked like she was miserable. We needed towels so we went to the front desk and ask , she was rude told us when we brought back our towels we had she would count them and give us the same amount back because the cleaning service was gone for the day and she would have to go downstairs to get them like we were a inconvenients to her. Made us feel like we were going to steal them . The only time she was half way nice was when we were leaving Imagine that one less guest she had to deal with. Only got to swim one day and it was closed down.Needed chairs on the deck. Loved the historic history it had behind it. The house itself was amazing.

Rooms are cold and damp. The furniture was actually wet due to all of the moisture. The rooms are run down and poorly maintained.
