Loved the cottage. It was hot but we still had fun. The beds were comfortable. Loved the air conditioner. The staff was wonderful. The checkin was easy. John was very helpful. We got there early and had to wait til 4pm to checkin, but that was ok. Loved the bunnies. They were everywhere.
The hot weather. I know you don't have control over the weather. Too bad the pool wasn't open.

My favorite part was the cute bunnies. We would go for walks and count the bunnies. The staff was also great.
The pool was broken. Looks like according to their site it should be functional next year.

It cottage was beautiful! Staff was very sweet and kind!
It could use some deep cleaning! Would be nice to have the umbrella for the table outside.
Tripping hazard for any and all ages with tree limbs laying around! The door lock was broken.

The staff was great and seemed very well organized! Super friendly store employee and park ranger manager. They were very attentive to our complaints.
cottage was VERY small, with almost zero living space (the pictures and description seemed larger) - no bedding available upon a very late arrival night of check in. My grown son had to sleep all cramped up on a tiny built in bunk bed (sized for small child) with ZERO bedding (and it was extremely cold outside that night.) It was awful! The other room only had a full-sized bed (not queen from what we could tell), and was outfitted with only a very flimsy cover/quilt on top for warmth (which we gave to our son so he had something to cover up with.) Very poor linen situation, and the couch that was supposed to be a fold out bed was disgusting! It was filled with crumbs and dirt underneath the cushion, and the top was visibly LUMPY and in very poor condition - I didn't even want to sit on it, let alone use it for a bed. Coffee maker basket was gross - my husband had to clean it before use. All in all, the accommodations were WAY overpriced at nearing $200 per night! I was super disappointed and felt it was a complete waste of $200 - nobody slept the first night, and we canceled the rest of our stay there. We ended up staying at the Red Lion in Bend (for approx $110 / night) and had a fabulous rest of our trip.

I liked that we were not sharing a wall with neighbors. I liked the full kitchen.
We were not in #1, rather #3. The TV in the living room was not connected to satellite and the remote was missing batteries. The floor had not been mopped and was filthy. I had to mop it. The tub drain was mostly clogged. One of the smoke detectors battery was out and we couldn’t fix it, on the ceiling. There was no bedding for the bunk beds. The “playground” was only swings and one small metal structure. The second “playground “ was a wood structure with many activities, BUT it was downwind of the outhouses!!!! There were more missing boards on the structure than boards are attached. The pool was closed and to be demolished. In general, the campground is run down and not maintained. We feel that we paid way too much. We will not recommend. We will not be back.

The cabin was excellent! It was very clean and very nice! I would have loved to stay longer.
The water was an issue and we couldn’t drink it, but not the fault of the property it was a water main break issue. It would have been nice to have a free couple of waters for later check
In people since the camp store was closed and it is also closed on Tuesday and Wednesday.
The restaurant was closed but the store was open but the camp store had little options, especially for breakfast. Maybe they should consider better coffee to purchase (something local) and daily fresh donuts, muffins, pastries or bagels from a local place?

Nice and contactless stay during Covid. The facility was new and clean even though a floor was a bit Sandy. Nice cozy cabin, but there’s nothing nearby.
We booked for four people, but too small for four. There were one double bed and a bank bed that has no bedding. I recommend to bring some sleeping bags and blankets if more than two people stay there.

convenient location to where i needed to visit - cozy cabin
my stay was for 4 days with 3 people - not enough toilet paper, paper towels or dish soap supplied, office closed for first 2 days i was there - i purchased my own additional items - there was no propane for BBQ grill, didnt realize this until after i purchased hamburgers and steaks to grill.
I emailed at the time of reservation to check in earlier for 10:00 am upon arrival, due to a 13 hour drive from Los Angeles, I was contacted by site manager and he gave me gate code and lock box information to self check myself in, since no one would be in the office for the first 2 days of my arrival - i called the customer service on our drive up after schedule change, and asked if i could check in a night earlier since we'd be arriving around midnight instead she told me NO its too late to check you in - i told her i already have all the self check in information from the man i spoke to on the phone - she said there is no man that works there! so we had no place to stay i arrived at 1;00 am in the morning - went to the cabin at 10;00 am as we planned with the gate code and lock box code as given to us for a self check in and there was no key in the lock box!!again no place to stay after our exhausting 13 hour drive in and no place to stay for the night.
finally at 4 pm the key was in the lock box - we settled in and discovered there was no cabin information and no wifi password - so we had no internet and TV for the first 2 days until someone arrived in office 2 days later- i had to physically go to the office and get the info and all the woman there could say was oh wifi is new to us. _ why you cant just type it on a piece of paper and tape it to a wall is beyond belief! and i also had to remind her to give me my parking pass.
There also wasn't bedding for the 2 twin beds as I was told there would be bedding.
otherwise the place was cute and convenient.

The Dish TV was not working and the beds with the plastic on them. The foldout bed wasn't bad as it has a mattress cover but the main bed did not and was crinkly all night. The staff was wonderful!!!!
