Unacceptable and just disappointing

You have bed bugs and your staff was scared to take care of other people that were here in the hotel who were up all night screaming and hollering and running through the hallways I was so disappointed I've been here a few times the last couple of months in the same thing has happened as far as other guests but as far as the bed bugs I got ate up this time I come here for chemo from Crawfordsville Indiana and this is just unacceptable. I shouldn't come here with a life-threatening disease and then have to worry about bed bugs while I try to sleep and recover.

the efficiency, the price. proximty to downtown. The staff was pretty good.

It smelled in the hallways The breakfast was limited. The towels were stained and very worn. Bedsheets were old and stained. I checked for bed bugs (there were none thank goodness).

You get what you pay for.

I recently stayed at this hotel that left me with mixed feelings. While the price was reasonable and it was conveniently located near the expressway, I couldn't help but notice that the hotel was quite dated and had an odd smell to it.

The decor and furnishings seemed to be from a bygone era, and the overall ambiance of the hotel was not very inviting. The carpets were worn and stained, and the walls could use a fresh coat of paint. The bathroom fixtures were also quite old and could use an upgrade. The odd smell in the hotel was also a bit off-putting. It was hard to pinpoint exactly what it was, but it seemed to be a combination of mustiness and cleaning products. It was not overpowering, but it was definitely noticeable. Despite these drawbacks, I have to say that the price was good for what you get. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Plus, the hotel's location near the expressway made it easy to get around town. Overall, while the hotel may be dated and have an odd smell, it is a decent option for those looking for an affordable place to stay that is conveniently located. Just be prepared for a bit of a blast from the past.

did not stay here as we felt unsafe with the area and appearance of the facility.

We were very nervous about the condition of the property and unavailability of staff, and we tried phoning several times to speak with someone but got no answer. The property and grounds were very unkempt and seedy looking, there were several cars in the lot with people hanging around them, and in front of the building were parking places roped off and chairs in the way. We phoned booking.com and they stated that we had to contact the hotel directly to cancel the stay, but still nobody answered the phone. We looked around and found a Baymont suites that was safe for us women to stay at, and I had to forfeit my money to Quality Inn because we did not give notice.

Bed was comfortable. Room was clean.

No hot shower on the 1st night. Dirty towels hung as new. No soap available...the night manager said there was a supply issue. Curtains did not close completely and let an outside flood light shine in. Outside flood light pointed directly at my window. Shower area was in need of repair.

The staff at this facility were excellent and extremely informative and helpful. Anything we needed was addressed in an excellent manner. I couldn't have been happier with the service and the team!

I had no issues with not liking any part of my stay. I will definitely be booking this hotel in the future.

bed bugs very visible and property didn’t want to accommodate had to leave bitten up at 2 am to sleep in my car with no remorse or refund
