Extremely friendly and helpful!

Nate was super nice and the other woman on staff was nice as well. Nate helped me with my Uber App and the other woman helped get us a taxi to our destination.

Location is very convenient to the Jersey shore. Staff are beyond friendly.

Overpriced and underwhelming.

The location is very convenient.

The restaurant in the hotel wasn't working despite options for breakfast during booking. Reception tried to convince me to pay at the desk while I made booking online and it should be automatically deducted when I check in.

High quality hotel to treat yourself and your family to a special special at l stay

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was wonderful, the entire experience felt like a luxurious vacation.

Breakfast was very good. Workers did a swell job. Beds could have been more comfortable but everything was very satisfactory.

I travel to Neptune once or twist a year to visit family, I will stay there again but ask other room

the location is okay, the lobby area, cleanliness, staff

the furniture, the mattress, the trucks in the morning 6:09am at the traffic light woke me up every morning, therefore I question the location.

I was very disappointed because breakfast was not served because they did not have enough staff. That was one of the reasons I decided to stay there because of the breakfast buffet, so no I was not happy at all about that.

Poor

What I didn’t like about the manager was that I was never told of an extra charge for incidentals and when I asked she was already raising her voice at me like if I was a child. Furthermore, when I went in she stated some bias statements like if I steal someone’s identity. She was very unprofessional. I presented both identification which shows my maiden and my married name. The manager was highly unprofessional. I will never come back or refer this hotel to anyone.

Trip to Bridgfest and wanted to stay away from b&bs.

The front desk staff was helpful and welcoming. The room was a good size and parking was ample.

Hotel restaurant still closed, room smelled musty upon arrival, not enough towels, pull out bed super uncomfortable, not enough pillows for pullout bed - we expected a little bit more for a marriott.

We needed a hotel close to Belmar for a family event. It was Father’s Day weekend so hotels were booked. Even though we reserved our room at least a month ahead is more, I feel the rates were inflated which I did not appreciate. All hotels do it.
