It was accessible to everywhere we needed to go and the outside access around the hotel was convenient. Our toilet was clogged and they immediately helped (the housekeeping was polite and helped)

Pool was open random hours , very chlorinated/chemicals with no one in it. The shampoo and conditioner bottles are not user friendly , you shouldn’t have to work that hard to get out a product.

Everything was great again. My friends stayed there had a great night.

It was terrible. Messy. Most foods were low on volume. I just got a coffee and went out to breakfast.

The check in staff yelled at me because I selected a "Handicap Room" on Travelocity. I was not aware of my selection. She made me feel terrible for taking a handicap person's room. How did she know that I wasn't handicapped? The Hot Tub was unavailable, however that is why I selected your hotel.

Bed was very comfortable, Great for our overnight on the road!

The 2 front desk staff who worked our first night there were horrible, they were rude. When asked about the amenities they were falsely advertised the woman became rude. She definitely didn’t look like she didnt want to be there and shouldn’t be working in hospitality the young night clerk was also just rude and not hospitable. Very short with answering our questions, it made us avoid the staff as much as possible. Hot tub is out of commission apparently permanently, but didn’t find that out until after booking the non-refundable room, the bar was closed all weekend, there was one grill but couldn’t use it bc there was a party that took over the court yard. Just not a great experience at the hotel. We did get to explore some local bars but no shuttle service was offered for guests to get around safely, just a poor experience at this establishment.

The hotel room was clean and very spacious. Bathroom also clean and enough towels.

The price and location

The pool and the hottub were out of commission. It does not specify that on bookings website. Definitely needs to be updated. It was the only reason we stayed there. Won't be back until the pool is running. Lots of others that are. Also they charged us more then I booked it for. Dealing with that now.

Cleanliness, comfortable, low noise level, hot breakfast, big bathroom. I liked that the room was equipped with a fridge, microwave, and personal coffee pot.

I thought the cost was a bit high compared to other hotels that offer the same amenities. The hot tub was out of order during our stay.

outdated, plumbing. we had a problem with the toilet during our stay, and when we let the front desk know….the brought us a plunger. they did not offer to take care of it but instead brought us a plunger to do it ourselves.

The bathroom was dirty and the tub/ shower filled with water with the drain open. Disgusting.

Breakfast was great and the beds were comfy
