Beautifully presented and exceptionally comfortable beach house with Mullawarra Beach Reserve literally at your back door. For ocean views, location and relaxation, this property is unbeatable.

Features: 1 x King Bed with ensuite plus 2 x Queen size bedrooms (all linen and beach towels provided), 2 car lock up garage, two living areas and modern kitchen with dishwasher and walk-in pantry. Enjoy the indoor-outdoor sunroom with adjoining alfresco at the rear of the property, each taking in the spectacular ocean views plus additional courtyard with outdoor setting.

Arrawarra Headland is a small surfing village where you're certain to catch the perfect wave. Take a stroll along the pristine shoreline which is patrolled during the summer months. The CBD of Woolgoolga is a short 8km (approx.) drive with all the necessities, specialty shops, cafe's, restaurants and a supermarket. Take the easy highway cruise to Coffs Harbour just 30km's (approx.) away for major shopping.

Lovely house, lots of space great decor and all the small touches. Each bedroom has a tv. Deck looks out over the lawn and beach and walk up to the gorgeous point. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Magoo’s is in a beautiful, quiet location literally backing on to the headland right next to the beach. The spacious house was comfortable and provided plenty of areas to sit and relax. The view was amazing!

Beautifully maintained property and the perfect location. Were very pleasantly suprised at the cleanliness, little personal touches - coffee pods, toiletries and amazing selection of clean kitchen items. We will be back and for longer next time. The hosts have put lots of love and effort into their home and we loved every bit of our stay in their home. They were also so accommodating when we had to leave a day early. Can’t recommend them enough.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was roomy and well finished. My only criticism was the cleaners was knocking on our door at 10am to clean. A 15-30min. gap would have been nicer.

A few friends and I booked and stayed here for a surfing and birthday weekend away. The house is spacious, sparkling clean and very comfortable for a small group. The front lawn is great and the views of the water are stunning. Highly recommended and thanks to the agency managing the property - they were very easy to deal with.

Photos don't do this property justice. While it is decorated in an older style, it had every amenity we required. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils, large fridge/freezer. Felt like a home. The location was brilliant. So convenient to the beach. Will definitely go back.

Property was well equipped. Large bright living areas where you can continuously take in the awesome view of the beach. Found the internet to be quite slow a lot of the time but this was a minor detail. Furnishings and styling was lovely. I was disappointed to find another minor detail that there wasn’t any shower gel or soap provided and had to drive in or Woolgoolga to get some. Overall though would love to stay again.
