The food for dinner was reasonably priced and fantastic, lovely services from the hardworking bartender/waitress/front of hotel checkin lady.

The pillow was horrible and gave me a sore neck. I had some kind of insect bites all over me the next morning. I don’t know if it was from something I picked up in the room

Exterior a little shabby

I liked the cleanliness, lots of towels and housekeeping was done daily which was very nice as most places don’t each day anymore it seems.

the area seemed a little run-down, however, it could have just been during slow season so most things weren’t running

The hiking was close and food was nearby plus a restaurant and bar all in one place.

The firm mattress. But some people don't mind that, I would like it to have been softer but no biggie.

Great location and totally comfortable for us and our 2 kids. Bunk bed room worked quite well, and the lounge area was great with a fire at night.

Ski weekend in VT. Lodge location is great at bottom of Magic Mountain. Bar was fun and meals were good. I like the mushroom swiss burger.

Great location at bottom of magic mountain ski resort. Live music and incredibly friendly guests. Hardworking and very friendly staff.

Room was big and clean but walls were paper thin. Had trouble sleeping due to the noise from the bar, sound of pipes, other guests above and next-door.

Location to Magic Mountain, the onsite bar, morning breakfast. The staff took care of all our parties needs. Overall, older lodge with nice common area and fireplace. Affordable nice location.

Upper Pass is an older lodge located 100 yards away from base of Magic Mtn. Has a small bar open on weekends with a nice common area/fire place. Affordable, decent breakfast, dinner on weekends. Food is like comfort diner food. Perfect for after skiing. Upper Pass isn't a fancy new diamond. What Upper Pass is? An older affordable lodge with a laid back feel. You can just imagine the good times so many people have experienced over the years. I saw it in the main common area this last weekend.
