I can’t wait to bring my husband next time.

It was clean and smelled fresh. This was supposed to be my and my husbands honeymoon, but he was I’ll and I had a family function to attend so I came solo.

The pool room was closed. Wish the website had mentioned that.

Room size was great. Enjoyed the breakfast.

Breakfast offering was great

Pillows too soft. Even the 'firm' labelled pillow. Combination of bedspread and sheet was not great. Need a blanket. Parking spaces were so small I had to letrally step across the car next to me. Lot was full so few options. Reservation through booking.com did not alert to pool closed. Shower was luke warm. The water was half coming out the spout rather than shower head.

We booked a 1 bedroom suite but they changed our room when we got there. We had already paid for the more expensive room but didn’t get any money back. There was hair in the shower, cereal in the pull out bed and dog food on the carpet. Breakfast was a joke. no milk, no juice, no meat and the waffle mix was so watery it didn’t work. There was just one man that I saw the whole time and he was interested in hustling or even pretending to provide basic service.

decent staff, not an ideal stay however. won’t be going back.

we liked the centralized location & how polite and welcoming the staff was.

it was very loud at night. when we got there and walked into our room our tub was full of water, there were two bugs one in the toilet one on the floor. and our carpet in the room was soaking wet due to some maintenance issues. it also smelled mildewy in our room. and then when we went to the pool it smelled pretty bad too. got back from the pool to find another bug on the bathroom floor.

Dirty, lazy, unprofessional housekeepers, outlets don’t work, dirty pool

the location

Upon arriving, there was a couple people that were hanging out in the parking lot and appeared to be pimping out/ prostituting and looking at all the cars in the parking lot. The room was not clean, housekeeping was rude, talked badly about other guests and cussed up and down the halls, refused to pick up the trash or dirty linens that guests put outside of door (because they don’t clean the rooms, we were there for 12 days and they did not clean our room once), under the ottoman there was crumbs and candy from the last guest. The pool was dirty with dead bugs, the hot tub was also dirty and not warm at all. half of the outlets went out and we didn’t have TV or power for those areas for 3 days, the shower was gross, you can tell they didn’t clean it, and the last 3 days we were there, the hot water went out. all of this was reported to customer service and we were told that the manager was supposed to call us in a couple of days to get a resolution, but they never called us. Also had issues with one of the girls at the front desk (night shift) hanging up on me when I was calling. I will never stay here again. I thought that due to this being in a nice area, that it would be a great stay, but I was so wrong.

understaffed, pool and other maintenance issues , but again from being understaffed. rooms only get restocked or cleaned when you check out, but again from being understaffed

Breakfast was great! Bathrooms were clean and people friendly...most important couple things

Yoga Ball in weight room was flat...definitely important part of working out for me when traveling as my back tightens up and when requested some help with it to the front desk, there was never any follow up.

Great stay overall.

Location was right next to my place of work so it was very convenient. There were plenty of places to eat and shop nearby. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean and tidy. I enjoyed having a fridge. I never got breakfast but there seemed like there were plenty of options.

I didn't know where the stairs were located and neither did the housekeeper I asked. There was also a strange banging noise that would happen every 15-30 minutes out of the bathroom area. It woke me up a few times. The shower pressure was way too hard.

We enjoyed visiting Omaha. The people were pleasant and the location was ideal.

the location was perfect to areas we planned to visit. The room was nice and the people were kind.

The shower, shower curtain, and coffee maker weren’t working well or in good working condition.

Trash sitting by rooms/elevators most of the day. Manager handling the breakfast was extremely nice but wasn’t dressed appropriately for his role which made a few guests in the dining area uncomfortable

It was a good place to stay except for having the bathroom in the bedroom.

The front desk staff were great at check-in and any time they saw anyone really, always smiling and talking with them. There was a good variety for breakfast both mornings, loved being able to sit outside in the courtyard with my breakfast. There's a few grills out there and a little fire pit area, and if you are a social person I'm sure it would make for a great end to your evening to hang out there with other guests, or even just your family. So many great places to eat and shop within walking distance. It was great having a kitchen if we wanted to make our own meal.

My biggest irritation was with the layout, putting the bathroom inside of the bedroom was so frustrating! I specifically searched for a hotel that had a bedroom separated because my boyfriend and I live apart and only get to see each other every few months. We wanted to have privacy but having the bathroom in the bedroom made that difficult. Felt like I wasted $200 a night when I could've just gotten a cheaper regular room somewhere else. There were also dirty dishes in the dishwasher when we got there, and the AC vent in the room had duct tape and paper covering it. We couldn't find a way to keep the temperature regulated and it would be freezing while the AC was blowing and burning up when it stopped. Also the water pressure in the shower was very low and the drain was very slow. Not pleasant to shower after coming in off of a river and you're standing in all the nastiness you're trying to wash off. But these were mostly minor and I have no doubt they would've been fixed if I would've talked to the staff.

Overall really cool place.

Friendly staff, the room was really cool. It was a nice vacation hotel. Breakfast was wonderful. Loved the updated features.

There were scuff marks on walls in room, rust stains on the freezer door, the bed skirt was stained, there had been a leak from the toilet as there was a dry cream colored patch under the back of the toilet on floor, the room must not hv been even because the shower doors would open while u were taking a shower and the door to the bathroom would never stay closed unless it was locked, and the pool never had towels & the chlorine was extremely strong.
