Will not be a return customer!

The location

No hot water the first day and we observed two men trying to figure it out but they didn’t. They never notified us that we would not have hot water. It was fixed temporarily but did not last because the following day another cold shower. Very frustrating! Also the room wad not clean.

I loved staying in the back by the yard games and pool.

Close proximity to the beach and two pool options. It never felt crowded and there was plenty to do.

Nice, quiet and great location!

We really enjoyed our stay! Room was like a small apartment. Roomy, quiet, clean, staff were friendly, easy parking and restaurants are within walking distance. The pool on the dolphin deck is very nice!

A wonderful stay in a wonderful place!

The property had an excellent location with it being so close to the beach and many local bars/restaurants. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. I liked that the property offered free bikes to use and other items such as beach chairs. The pools were nice because they were never crowded and there was also two of them. Overall, this property was a great stay!

Our stay was unexpectedly fun and easy with a young family with lots of outdoor space and entertainment for the kids.

The grassed area was clean and fin for the family.

The light in the window we couldn’t block out so the whole room was lit up. It was hard for the kids to sleep.

HORRIBLE!!!

What breakfast!!! The pictures and description of the rundown hotel did not depict the condition of the rooms! Blue tub from the 60's with mold fr the 60's around it! Old tile in bathroom and on floor! The door to the unit had wood rot at the bottom and a crack between the door and door jam COULD SEE OUTSIDE!!! Dust and Spider webs!!! There was a huge clear bag of garbage outside the unit's door next to us for 2 days!!! Couldn't sleep because could hear every foot step from the room above us!!! BIG DISSAPOINTMENT!!!

Friendly and relaxing environment

First and foremost the staff was very friendly and would go above and beyond for guests. The location and amenities were also excellent.

The cleanliness was okay. There was a lot of previous guests hairs all over, especially the bathroom. Could have used more detailed cleaning in dresser drawls also.

The location good. Pool area good. Ability to access towels and supplies good. manager was very nice

Price is very high for the place! Bedroom AC unit was leaking and could not be repaired until room vacant. Bathroom is tiny. It's an old facility. Has no shelves or anywhere to put anything, not even a toothbrush. Can hear all walking and noise upstairs.

Location is great! Everything is in walking distance. Beach is literally down the street. This is my 3rd time I have stayed here and I will be back. The pool is heated.

Excellent value for clean and friendly old-style beach resort with modern amenities.style low rise beach resort.

Clean and updated to modern standards, thoughtfully appointed to suit typical needs (too often lacking): bedside lamps on both sides and with charging ports, dresser, sleek bathroom design with all amenities, closet with plenty of hangers, easy to get more of anything, tiny perfect kitchen with stove, microwave, fridge, sink, pots pans etc., nice TV (did not use), plenty of space to lounge outdoors, easy walk to the beach/shops/Sunday outdoor market/restaurants, awesome staff. Would definitely stay here again.

Didn’t understand modern air handling system (was it heat and AC all wrapped into one?). Should have asked. Would suggest adding info to guest notebook. Bottom line, though, we managed to keep the temp just right.
