Great hospitality from the owner and the place is great for family vacation as it has enough room to accomodate up to 4 people with all the comfort of a home

Exceptional

Great value compared to other hotels and airbnbs. Neighborhood is quiet and I felt safe. Cute coffee shop around the corner and CitiBikes were a short walk away. Hosts are very communicative and friendly. This was the perfect landing pad for a weekend in Brooklyn.

It was modern and comfortable and extremely secure!

It was modern and clean and beautiful! The bed and even the sofa bed were super comfortable. The filtered water machine was much appreciated.

I wish I had known that the property owner lived there so I didn’t have to worry about check in time as much and having someone meet us to let us in but as soon as I contacted her to change check in time i realized everything was working out great!but that very minor thing is the only neg I can think of.

Vivian was a first class host and helped us out tremendously when British airways lost my sister's case. Apartment was spotless and very comfortable. We would return for sure

Very poor

The treatment my family received from Viviene is terrible. no respect. The first day she told us “Don’t make yourself too comfortable “ Viviene!!! Relax please, we’re not staying here for free. The room was cold. When my brother told her that, the response was “ Oh believe me, it’s not cold” 😒😡 Never going back there!!!

I would definitely return to Vivianne’s home!!!

Vivianne is a great host! She help us carry the luggage up the stairs. She answered our messages super fast. The apartment was complete and clean, it had everything we needed! The location was perfect if you are willing to stay in Brooklyn. The metro station 2 blocks away and a complete market 1 block away.

The neighborhood is a little bit dark and lonely during night, also we saw a lot of rats in the block, but it’s fair to tell that we never felt insecure.

Comfortable and quiet Brooklyn apartment, handy for the subway.

Comfortable and quiet apartment with plenty of space and everything necessary in terms of kitchen equipment etc. Short walk from the subway. The owner was very flexible in terms of check out time, which was appreciated since we had a late departure from JFK.

It would have been helpful to have had more than 1 set of keys for a 4 person apartment, especially being out of Manhattan- it made arrangements quite awkward in terms of organising to hand over keys if/when people wanted to visit different places/return at different times. Mirrors in both bedrooms would have been useful.

Extremely well appointed and comfy apartment within 7 mins of subway.

The apartment was spacious,clean and very comfortable and quiet. Really enjoyed staying there. It was also very secure. Had good natural light into the apartment. Pretty good location within a 7 minute walk to the subway.

Hard to fault. Only thing was that a few more kitchen utensils and sharp knifes would have been useful.

Perfect place to explore Brooklyn. Vivienne, the owner of the apartment, is a perfect host.

Really quite and safe neighborhood in Brooklyn.

Great for one person, even for a longer stay

The owner is lovely and extremely helpful. The kitchen and shower were great. The air condition works well and is quiet. The blinds work well and black out light. The outdoor seating area is a big plus.

The bed is a bit too small for two people, especially if one moves a lot. One hears quite a lot from other apartments and it seems somebody was practicing electric guitar quite early and late. The neighborhood is very dirty. The price is quite high for this area.

Absolutely amazing apartment and great host in Viviane- She was very accommodating and let us in literally 30 minutes after we had to book this after another apartment let us down. I am recommending this to family and friends and we will certainly be back Thanks Viviane again for everything

comfortable roomy place in the middle of Brooklyn

comfortable apartment, has everything you need, if you know where to look: open all cabinets and storage places. tv with a lot of content, including free Netflix. decent grocery store very close.

it’s a bit pricey for the location once you add the cleaning fee and taxes: as expensive as a nice hotel in a nicer area. water pressure in bath was low. neighborhood party all night on Saturday. late check in time: 5 pm. pillows are not comfortable. location is everything, as Uber could be expensive if u plan to go to Manhattan. apartment on lower level.

Lovely spacious studio apartment on a quiet street in Bed-Sty. The apartment was very clean, had everything we needed and the big comfy bed was a plus! The bathroom was very spacious including a a bath. Vivienne was a great host and the apartment was located close to lots of public transport links including subway and busses. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Great studio in remodeled brownstone in Brooklyn

Lovely, recently remodeled, very clean studio apartment! Everything was new, the bed was so comfortable and it’s on a quieter street so it’s peaceful. There is a small kitchen with everything I needed and a new, very clean bathroom. Vivienne was a kind and responsive host. This was a great find—it lived up to the 5 star reviews!!

A very cool property, the host was fantastic, super comfy bed. A perfect place for 1-2 people in a quiet, convenient Brooklyn location. Highly recommend.

Bathroom could have been cleaner and the 5pm check in time is a little inconvenient.

Beautiful and freshly-renovated studio on a quiet street, well-located in a vibrant neighborhood and near the G train. And to make it perfect, our host provided a warm and friendly welcome and was immediately available for any question.
