Room was canceled

I booked a room days earlier, had a confirmation number got there and receptionist said it wasn’t in the computer. Little did they know I worked in this type of business for years and if I had a confirmation number then my reservation should’ve came up in the computer whether it was canceled, checked in or whatever the case my have been. Luckily I wasn’t charged.I had drinks that night and didn’t want to drive 2 hours home. I had to stay in my vehicle. Everywhere else in town was sold out.

My stay was ok. Not spectacular. I probably would not stay here again.

Perfect location and generally a well maintained property.

I’m not sure if I expected too much. The bed was hard as a rock. There were thick spider webs in one corner and the box spring of my bed was filthy. Room technical amenities could use an upgrade.

Customer service is on point. I really liked staying there.

The pool is nice. The receptionist was excellent. The temperature in the room was perfect!

Nothing I didn't stay there.

Website said they had smoking rooms, with a baloney. I even called the night before and asked. I was told the smoking rooms were taken,but we could smoke on the balcony. When I arrived I noticed there wasn't any balcony. There for I was told I'd be given a complete refund. So far I've been charged twice.

We had a good weekend trip.

The motel was in a good location to our destination. The breakfast was very good. The people were friendly.

The air conditioning in the room was extremely loud. The bedding did not seem to fit well on the mattress. The pillow was too small for the king size bed.

Hampton Inn was clean with a nice atmosphere. I really enjoyed my stay although the closet door was broken in my room and fixing it with tape did not work. That needs to be fixed! Otherwise, I was satisfied!

I liked everything about the it! The fact that I was able to bring my small Yorkie and the hotel was so clean for a pet friendly hotel. The staff was friendly and very professional and overall excellent. We will be staying at the Hampton Inn Farmville everytime we'll go visit our daughter at college.

We will go out of our way to not stay at this location again.

The A/C unit in room was very loud. The breakfast was almost cleared before it was time for it to end. Everything was cold. There were long black hairs on the shower walls and on the floor. When I told the front desk as we were checking out, they just smiled.

The desk clerk named "Tamika" was great! Upbeat, positive attitude, beautiful smile!!!

When I checked out of the Hampton Inn Farmville on 02 Aug 2022, I asked the desk clerk for a receipt of payment. She said, "Booking.com will send you your receipt." Problem: I still have not received a receipt from Booking. com. Frankly, I expected to get a receipt from the Hampton Inn when I checked out. So, who is going to send me a receipt??? Raymond Loyd

BREAKFAST WAS AWESOME. LOVED THE MINI WAFFLES BECAUSE YOU COULD MAKE ONE TO FOUR WAFFLES DEPENDING ON HOW HUNGRY YOU WERE,

SLIGHTLY SMALLER THAN EXPECTED BUT IT WAS SUFFICIENT,
