Not owned by Oyo Hotel, waste of time & $$$

0.0 rating Rating is a zero Nothing... Oyo sold the hotel and no longer owns the property but are still renting the rooms and taking customer's money

I did not like anything bc The hotel was not even Oyo Hotel, was not even open to check in to rooms, the lobby was closed and there was not even staff personnel on site. Apparently Oyo Hotel had sold the facility/buildings & rooms and no longer own the property but for some reason the business has the audacity to keep renting rooms that do not belong to the company... Complete waste of my time and travel expenses and I had to sleep in the truck and lost the chance to visit and spend time with my son and his new fiancee, that I rarely have the opportunity to get together with...

The ac barely worked. The floor was buckled up. The bed had a ridge in the middle.

We booked the room at 12:23 am, my son and his fiancé arrived at 12:40. No one was there and they would not answer the phones despite many calls. So we never had access to the room.

Liked the two beds for 3 people, other facilities in the area didn't offer that. Room too small.

No food available at this location. Quiet location.

Not expensive but not worth the cost

Good location. Friendly staff.

Room was not very comfortable. Clean, but still a little grimy. There was a dead roach in my bathroom. The sink was leaking and they had placed a bucket underneath to catch the water from the pipes.

Our Stay at OYO Heber Springs Arkansas

The view wasn't that great. It's located in town, hence no scenic view. Stayed there to take my grandbabies to the Lake. It was well worth the price. My grandbabies also loved the in ground pool.
