Do not go to this motel!
The property had a lot of trash around the corridor. The check in area was very dark and scary. The whole place felt unsafe
The property is in bad condition and the room seemed clean but everything smelled musty. My son did not feel safe staying there. So he went somewhere else, right down the block.

Two nights in Studio City
Check in was a breeze, price was what I expected, and the staff was friendly. Our spacious room was upstairs and VERY clean, no spider webs or even dust. Two locks on the door made us feel safe, soft bouncy bed, black out curtains, table and two chairs came in handy, AC worked great, huge TV channel selection, lots of wall plugs!, walk in closet was dope, and towels were surprisingly soft- it was just what my partner and I needed for two nights. Location was perfect, too. We walked to the coffee shop next door both mornings, had dinner at the next door restaurants, and the freeway was close by so getting to and from our event was a breeze. I came in with super low expectations so I was pleasantly surprised.
The AC was above the bed so it was SUPER loud when it turned on. Standing shower was a little awkward since the shower head was so low. Shower head, shower knobs, faucet, and faucet knobs could all use an upgrade, but they did the job, so it's fine I guess? The huge bathroom window could use more frosting (it was kinda see thru). No toilet paper dispenser. Bed kept moving around- definitely need a new bedframe. No mini-fridge, microwave, or coffeemaker :( Pulling in was a little confusing because there aren't any signs to indicate which way is in/out or where to check in. The parking area looked super rundown- you can barely see the parking lines and the concrete looks super beat up. Graffiti and cobwebs made the back of the parking lot look super ghetto. Weird little back ally behind the property should probably have a fence so no one can creep back there. Some of the other people staying there loved stomping around and yelling at night, but that's not the hotels fault.

If you’re okay with the bare minimum and don’t mind cleaning the room/bringing your own bedding, this is the place f
I likes how spacious the room was
-soap left over from last person who was there -the shower was not clean -bed was itchy - tv was broken - a disruptive tenant had shoddy individuals come by to scream ag her all hours of the day - very dirty parking lot/sidewalk - the worst looking place on the lovely block - no phone in room

Mediocre
The area
It was dirty, smokey smelling, crazy tentants, the floors were filthy...could not get them clean. Ash tray was full, and no towels, refrigerator or microwave. Don't fall for the pictures of the rooms.

This property should be shut down by the city for being infested with bed bugs.
Property is close to a lot of local restaurants and shops.
Bed bugs. Graffiti in room.
