It’s so close to downtown we walked , love the look and feel of the rooms , I have stayed here twice and when I come again I will stay there again

Nice stay for two

Good location up the hill from downtown so easy walk- convenient check in with door code - adequate parking- quant space in suite 2 - good and detailed communications.

Queen size bed for more room space - pad on bed frame feet to help reduce toe stubbing 🤪- expectations for heat/AC, if changing settings to hot or cold, is it immediate or delayed? Took a bit to get heat to come on. Better toilet paper. Maybe add has microwave to description- don’t recall that being included. Maybe decaf coffee options and hot chocolate in cooler times of the year.

Beautiful little suite, hardwood floors, clean, great location.

I wish it was listed on the "about" page (with WIFI info, etc.) that the display light on the a/c could be turned off with the remote. I never thought to check and the light messed with my sleep.

Good for short stay if you have a dog

location and super nice cleaning person

It allows dogs and room was full of dog hair. cleaning lady worked herself to death cleaning it and although it was “clean”for my use, the knowledge that it had been covered in dog hair made me glad I was only there a night.

Terrible. Absolutely terrible!! They still owe us over $300!!!

The owner told us to leave before we even finished bringing in our luggage. She watched us from her cameras and judged us by my children who are of mixed race. She kicked us out and we never got to stay. Then she refused to give back our money. Only $100 of the over $400 bill. We weren’t there for 30 seconds. They are theirs.

Coffee problems aside, it was a great place to stay.

Terrific location, the bed was super comfortable and the towels were nice and thick.

There was only one negative and that was the coffee maker. It was a Keurig, which was nice, but the coffee pods seemed to be a little larger than regular Keurig pods and the coffee cups weren’t big enough to handle a whole dispenser of coffee. So it took three cups to hold the amount that was dispensed and it was very watery/diluted.

Fun, relaxing, and enjoyed the walks into town and the people we met.

Everything: Comfortable size room, good parking, nice little sitting area outside, and the location to town was perfect! And we loved the whole curb appeal of the outside. The cleaning staff that we met were very congenial and helpful answering any questions we had. Thank you.

Good location, clean, no privacy for the two bedrooms, support staff less than desirable

The location was terrific

I booked lodging that had “two rooms“ however, these two rooms were actually just one room with a partial wall between them. there was no privacy for two couples. Also, the check-in staff was never available when needed and would call back with a delay or either too late to be of any assistance

This Inn was perfectly located for the historic district in Mt Dora.

The only issue I had was that the tv didn’t work. Other than that, e erything else was perfect.

Other than the A/C problems we had a great stay and enjoyed ourselves.

the location was the best thing about it. The outdoor garden was pleasant and we sat out there at night. The beds were comfortable enough and very clean bedding. The coffeemaker was put to good use, as was the refrigerator. Did not need the microwave since we ate at restaurants. Parking was included and very nice.

The window A/C unit was struggling and extremely noisy, to the point where the room that held the unit was not fit to sleep in. I did contact the management via telephone and let them know of the apparent need for repairs of the A/C unit. As a result two of us had to share one bed which was not quite queen size but only a full size and it was okay but not great. Hoping that the next guests arrive to a fixed and quiet A/C unit. Temps outside were in the 90s, so no way to have a window open or turn off the A/C.
