Location

Unclean...trash in the hallway and out front. Many questionable people gathering out front. People were loud through the night.

We did not stay. Checked in, room was in bad shape with what appeared to be burn marks on outside door of refrigerator and on counter then we saw a roach and left. We were not there for more than 5 minutes

No house keeping was told rooms only cleaned every 2 weeks . over half of the direct TV channels worked 1 room plumbing in bathroom didn't work correctly was told couldn't get different room that night because they were full but got one early next day that was available that same night

It was HORRIBLE AND NASTY‼️

The fact my room didn’t have hot water, after getting all settled and eating dinner. The front desk worker was very smart mouth, she was not understanding and didn’t take the time to hear my concerns. After being moved to a different room that had a terrible odor, the iron didn’t work, the microwave didn’t work and of course the sheets was stained DIFFERENTLY NOT WORTH $100 I could have stayed next door for $127. It was horrible and the bathroom had mold all over, the bath tub was nasty and falling apart. Went up front to talk to the front desk the following morning the worker had a damn attitude too, I walked off and just gave up not thinking I would get this opportunity to express my HORRIBLE stay.

DO NOT EVER STAY HERE! period!

the only thing I liked about this place is seeing it behind me when I left!

Most of the staff here with the exception of maybe 2 were very rude and had nasty attitudes! I have never felt so insulted and so disrespected in my life! The general manager needs a new position because that one is NOT FOR HER! I should have listened when I was told about this place! it was just an all around bad experience. you know it’s bad when you leave and your room is cleaner than it was when you arrived!

Overall pleased with my stay would recommend them

Friendly staff the discounted prices because my stay was longer than I expected was very satisfied with my room housekeeping front desk staff everyone was very friendly exceptionally helpful would definitely recommend them.

The bed could've been little more comfortable more like home away from home feel. The mattress was hard. I would look into changing the beds mattresses out.

I came after hours no one was there. I dailed the number was on the phone for 1 hour. I had to drive to talahasse to get checked in. Drove 15 hours from texas. SMH. Horrible

The close proximity to my home

Advertisement never mentioned that this is an extended stay property. Because construction workers were there I did not get what I paid for. The rooms are nothing like what is in the photos listed. The entire weekend the tv in the room did not work. No one was courteous enough to change out the tvs my guest had to wait until Monday to get a working tv. My guest needed extra toilet tissue and they were asked to pay for the tissue. This is when we learned that this property is an extended stay. My recommendation is that you would be better off bunking with sewer rats than staying at this facility. Did I mention that the elevator always smelled like some had just had sex in it. Yes just stunk beyond compare. I really wish that I had taken photos because what we are being shown is not what we are getting at the property on Detroit Blvd. in Pensacola Florida.

I liked the set up of the room. Full size fridge,counter stove,microwave.

Luggage carts falling apart. Tires flat. Doors to rooms need the hinges lubricated.

not pleasant at all. one of those “bad choices make good memories” situations.

Very dirty, floors were slimey and nothing appeared to be clean. My wife refused to let her feet touch the ground and we had stained sheets along with an awful odor in the room. Half of the hotel population appeared to be living there and there were cigarette buds and beer cans all over the property.
