Extremely hard working staff! Jackie and Don and the House Keeping lady (forgot her name, sorry) made us feel very welcome during our stay! A+

Blood hair and food crumbs under the comforter on the bed. Checked in then left as soon as I checked the bed. I asked for a refund since I didn’t stay and they did not give it to me

The beds were incredibly comfortable. The room was spacious enough for our needs. Everyone was friendly.

We get the service we all should have in an hotel.
For what did I paid so much exactly?
2 rooms but:
No SPA: the hot-tub is down and the area unsafe for people (big hole) ,
No towel in the pool, we ask 5 (we were 6), we got 3...
Normal breakfast, the same than everywhere else
The door room was almost impossible to open or close. A carpenter must fixe it
Very tiny fitness room

The hotel is in front of the road and a port.
No beach access closed.
When I asked the receptionist if I can have a mug that I can use in the microwave, he showed me two but as they are not for the "room", but the bar, he couldn't help me... What is wrong with you guys? When a customer asks for a mug, give it to him!
Too expensive for what is it.
There is another Cobblestone in Erie. I should have gone there. It was $140 less expensive

Where is was located
This was the 2nd we came and the pool was broke we came in February 2023 and November 2023 and the pool is closed should tell

Our room was very nice and spacious. I thought the breakfast was very good, offered lots of options. I loved the coffee bar & water with lemon - especially next to the fireplace to sit and relax.
As for the hotel itself, We were very excited to see an outdoor fireplace, (especially being a smoker, I was out there frequently) - however there was an empty propane tank. We were disappointed when we told the front desk & they said they couldn’t replace it due to manager being at a convention? It was misleading that the main pier showed in hotel pictures was almost a mile walk away. On top of that, our room view was obstructed by trees - it would’ve been great to be able to see the water being so close to it.

The breakfast buffet was messy and unattended. Tables weren't wiped off and the garbage was overflowing.

Staff is always friendly and helpful. You can usually check in a little earlier than 3pm. Super clean rooms and comfy bed.

Bike path across the street made it easy to ride around the area.

The inn was very clean and you could tell the staff cared about their work.
The "fitness center" was VERY small. About enough room for one person at a time.

The room was very clean. The cleaning girls were very sweet. The beds were amazingly comfortable.
We went down after 9am for breakfast and they were already cleaning up.

I liked the beds, the basic bar, and little snack shop. I was able to do laundry and my son played in the fitness room.
The pool wasn't open. And by the way they talked, it hasn't been for a while. That was the whole reason we booked with this hotel. They did let us swim for free at the fitness you, but that was driving 15 mins to and from when it was cold outside. The pool closure should have been mentioned on the website when booking.

Location is very well positioned for lakeshore walks and downtown access, as well as highway proximity
Internet connection was not that good - wifi not good in the room. The business centre computer could use some updates.

The staff was great
The room should have steps to get up and into the jacuzzi, the one wall on the Jacuzzi was not finshed,bed was very firm and tough to fall asleep on.
