Wonderful!

Location is perfect to be able to experience downtown The pool is very nice and with all the foliage around, the staff kept it very clean Breakfast was delicious and the breakfast staff worked nonstop to keep everything stocked and clean A wonderful variety of choices for breakfast

We were in room 102. GREAT location but the mattress and pillows have seen better days. We did not say anything to the staff because we loved where the room was located.

No hob or oven just microwave Staff unhelpful when we requested if they could call us a taxi for return to airport. We politely asked two different members of staff on reception - both said No - as international travellers this was not very helpful

It was a pretty good experience but it could have been better for the price we paid etc.

I absolutely loved your manager that was on duty the first night we stayed. I can't remember her name but she was awesome. Even tho they where struggling with getting us checked in because of the new system yall adopted and failed to really train them on. She was able to call another hotel that was also using that system and she told her what to do to fix it. Yall should have a help line for your people to call if they don't know how to fix a IT problem. Because it took her forever to get it figured out which cause the guess behind us that won't raised right to have a attitude and be ugly and she didn't deserve that. She did great an gave us free wine to make up for it.

The breakfast was just not the best!! I have stayed at quite a few hotels. And this was one of the least satisfying breakfasts I have had at a hotel. There was not much options and everything just seemed dingy and all the bread products felt hard or stale. And the juice like orange juice and apple juice tasted like colored water but worst. It was terrible so we had to buy a drink. Breakfast is the one thing that yall could definitely do better with!! Everything else was pretty good!!

The location and the room layout, as well as all of the amenities!

The next morning we both woke up feeling sick and we were perfectly fine when we went to bed. After going outside to get some fresh air we realized it was the A/C unit filter needed to be cleaned. The matinace man came and cleaned it. But our A/C unit never worked right after that. That was the last night and we got a fan from the front desk.

Concert Zone

Location to downtown and Bon Secours. Every employee was friendly and helpful. They gave great suggestions for dining. We loved valet parking.

The luggage carts were small.

I would not recommend.

The hotel looked nice.

When I got to the hotel my room smelled like fish. So bad that we could not stay in there. The front desk clerk called the manager and all they offered was some free snacks or to cancel my reservation without charging me for one night. I would not stay here. If they make mistakes they do not try to a accommodate you. They had king rooms available and could have given me 2 rooms instead of the 2 bed room I booked. But they would not do that unless I paid for 2 different rooms. I ended up leaving and going to stay somewhere else.

The parking is ridiculous first you have to find the entrance and now days things are already pricey 17 dollars for valet is a little steep. I don’t mind walking to the hotel but it’s definitely something they should include in their details

Superb

The staff was very friendly and courteous , especially when I found my room to be too cold !!! I didn't realize that the thermostat was located on the wall 😳 to control the temperature, but the staff was still friendly and continued to make sure that I was comfortable during my stay!!! I truly appreciate your patience and understanding 🙏 ✨️ 💛 Thank you 😊 so much

Ok for one night but will not return!

Good location. Close to everything downtown.

Pillows flat as a pancake. I normally take my personal pillow, but forgot it. Breakfast was OK but had to wait on food. Employee was doing everything he could but he was the only one working the breakfast bar. $18 valet parking that I don't agree with but I did know about it prior to the stay. Bathroom lights did not work. Put in a work order but was told an AC emergency on the 3rd floor had priority. Checked out the next morning and still had no BR lights over the sink.

they never received the cancellation of first nite reservation only & gave away our 2nd nite reservation for May 13 claiming it was your fault. we then paid for 2nd nite after 4 hours & not sure if we paid for 2 nites. they claim it was booking.com’s error. I seriously don’t know. terrible experience

It was a great experience overall.

I loved the customer service, the room, and the cleanness of the facility. I also loved the location, being able to walk to basically to everything was a plus.

The breakfast could have been better looking at this is a Hilton hotel.

Fine but stressful stay

great location, clean room.

the only option for parking was valet, and when I got up early to drive to the airport the staff could not find my car keys or my car. It turned into quite the circus, I called the police since the hotel had lost my rental, I needed to report it. after a while they figured out that a team member had left with a bunch of keys in their pocket and neglected to add the cars to the register. the team member was eventually called and came in and I had to drive like a maniac to the airport to not miss my flight. very stressful.

Not the most comfortable hotel room, but placed us where we wanted to be. We accepted the trade-off.

Helpful staff. Large refrigerator. Adequate elevators. HVAC operation. Surfaces for placement of possessions. "Market" had some things we needed. Location was great!

Bathroom was the tiniest I have ever experienced in a hotel, with inadequate towel racks. One can sit on the toilet and touch the door (literally). Hilton pillows are always terrible. Picture showed the bed in one room and the pull-out sofa in another. Ours had the sofa right next to the bed with a curtain to separate them.

Ok stay for one night

Great location to downtown and nice staff. Rooms were clean and nice valet guys.

Didn’t like it was across from a cemetery. First room we checked into there was no heat. Was moved to a second room. Heat worked for about 30 minutes and then got back cold. Called front desk again the guy said he would send maintenance. And asked if we wanted to move again. I refused to move for the second time. Housekeeper came and she called the maintenance guy. He came and fixed the problem.
