Clean and quiet environment

The staff is extremely friendly and courteous. Had a problem with our room when we first arrived and they corrected in very quickly and was very helpful. Nice location and close to shopping.

The heat was not working in our room, but the staff being so friendly and courteous, had our heat fixed the very next day. They had also offered us another room until then, but we were able to manage.

Don't stay

The young lady checking us in was wonderful.

I booked 2 rooms both were to have 2 queen beds, non smoking. When we got there we were stuck with 2 rooms, 1 queen beds in both and smoking. They were completely booked couldn't change rooms. Will never stay there ever again.

it was awful from start until finish

nothing at all

i hated the room it was in very poor conditions once i checked i wanted to immediately leave but they wouldn’t issue any refunds so i was stuck not to mention the female sale rep was awful and rude she extra aggressive and tried to intimidate my wife and initiate a fight so we left

Not a bad place on a budget. Keep windows and doors locked.

Rooms are clean and staff was nice and accommodating.

Police being called consistently for a number of reasons. Sketchy people always around the property hanging out.

We were put on the forth floor. The elevators didn't work so we had to go up and down 8 flights of steps, we weren't told about the elevators until we got there when we should've been told at booking. Also online they advertised a stove I bought food to cook and there were no knobs to turn it on. The smell was horrible smelled of pet urine. Highly disappointed

Won't happen again.

The beds were comfortable. The staff were friendly. Pets were accepted.

No coffee pot. Could hear the people upstairs walking, talking. $50 per dog was a lot. A man came up behind me when we were bringing in our bags. Came a little too close and one of the dogs growled at him, so he walked away. The room was very plain and clearly the painters were not professionals, as there were paint droppings on the floor in the bathroom, and splatters on the wall.

Uncomfortable sleeping

I love the location and the customer service was great when I arrived.

The bed was firmer than what I am use too, but it would of been more comfortable if I had fluffy pillows vs. flat..It may seem like a big deal to some but it would of been nice to have due to my allergies I needed my head elevated. I tossed and turned most of the night. For $110 it would've been nice to able to sleep more comfortably.

I like the fact that it gives you independence. And security is good.

The kitchen doesn't come with some pots and pans at least one. The smell in the room was a little funny but everything else was great.
