It was wonderful

I have been here before and it was a wonderful experience. This was my first time with the new management and it was pretty good. When we had issues with other visitors being too loud they responded quickly and delt with the problem. We love the jacuzzi tubs and the fact the rooms have microwaves.

They need to post directions on how to use the jacuzzi tub in the king room. It is more complicated than the queen jacuzzi. I spent a few hours trying to figure it out and when we checked in we told many people have complained it doesn’t work but that is because you have to have a high enough water level. I sure that is part of it but the first day it kept saying pair and locked. After playing with it for hours I finally figured it out.

It was lovely, very clean, tidy and comfortable. The lady who served us was very nice, helpful, and reassuring. The facilities were great and the area was nice and we felt safe.

The WiFi was a little flaky and often wouldn't connect.

Misleading information

The room was great, very comfortable and had a nice cabin feel to it. Very clean. The lady who checked us in was awesome. Very friendly.

Booking.com said that this hotel was only 6 miles from Ocean Shores, WA, where I was attending a convention. When I got to the hotel, I realized it was actually an hour drive to Ocean Shores! This was very frustrating and misleading! The room was non-fundable, so I had to drive an extra hour each way every day to the convention I thought I was only going to be 6 miles away from. Very bad on bookings part.

The staff was extremely kind, warm, and friendly. We felt so welcomed! The super charming studio with a kitchenette was perfect for our impromptu getaway. We loved just about everything about this place!

The futon was extremely uncomfortable to sleep on and the extra bedding for the futon had some pretty intense stains.

Superb

The king jacuzzi room was amazing. It was perfectly clean, warm and cozy. The jacuzzi tub was perfect for 2 to relax and watch a movie.

It was frigid in the room when we first arrived with a window left open. This is a very minor complaint. The room warmed up fairly quickly.

There are other places to stay, my personal recommendation

Good location for my needs

Everything else. Room was terrible, there is no noise boundary between rooms. You literally hear a baby sucking on a pacifier or a bag of chips being opened.

The usual visit is for fishing and the Inn made this very comfortable.

Location was very convenient and close to fishing. Next door to a bank and close to store. The facility was very inviting offering outdoor seating areas.

The room was very comfortable and had all the amenities needed. Coffee pouches supplied were extremely weak and did not work well with coffee maker.

Very Outdated room. Plug ins only accessible was not practical. In the middle of the wall of our bed. TV was screwy. 2 remotes no DVD player as described. Room had a coffee pot, and fan but NO PLACE TO PLUG THEM IN. ONLY IN THE BATHROOM. Ewww
