The location is great

Surface clean, but the crevices need to be tended to. It made you feel a little gross

I will return, I was nervous to stay as all the other hotels were double the price. I could walk!

The room was older but big and clean, you can't beat price, location and the comfortable feeling you get. I didn't mind it being older. Very comfortable.

Clean, convenient, comfortable room with an economical cost!

Great location that was close to Lake Michigan and the SS Badger ferry. Easy to get to this hotel. Clean, sufficient rooms that are economically priced. Great value for the cost!

Everything was fine during my stay. Room was clean and comfortable. I would not recommend any changes to this location. Great value for the cost!

definitely not worth the over 600 I paid for the weekend the staff was not pleasant very rude spies on you all the time

the location

rude staff room not clean no extra towels or toiletries hard as a rock bed no coffee maker room smelled like musty mold bunch of dead bugs under edge of bed can see outside under your room door our room had no window black carpet stains broken dresser charged extra after arrival for an extra guest not enough parking dust everywhere on everything nothing clean dirty refrigerator

It is definitely a good place for a night of sleep, wouldn’t recommend staying there long term. it is close to the beach

The mattress is old and sinks in the middle. Pillows are old and flat. Decor was 1970’s at best

Pricey for the room but the location made it worth our stay thus time.

Staff at the front desk was very accommodating. He was friendly and helpful. Rooms are dated but it was expected. The location of the motel is why we chose it. We visit Ludington 4-5 times each year and it was our 1st time at Ventura Motel.

The daily cleanliness was fine. Deep cleaning and updating could be done. To clarify, sheets, towels, tables, etc were clean. Stained bedspread, marks on walks, tub, windows, etc need attention.

Nice and quiet, safe great location and reasonable rates.

It was clean and quiet. Well stocked with towels and soap The air conditioner worked well I felt safe here The location is one of the best spots in Ludington and the owners were friendly

I don’t have any complaints Well there was a problem with The speaker on the TV, sometimes it was hard to hear But other than that I would say that o didn’t have any complaints

Bagel was perfect to start the day. Seeing his friendly face and smile in the morning made my day

I enjoyed my cozy, bright, clean economy room and left smiling. I will stay there on my way home.

The breakfast is tasty but easy to eat quickly as I head for the ferry. The room's TV works very well and offers many channels. The WiFi is free, fast, and works without issues or delays. The bed is comfortable. The bathroom is clean and ready with soap, shampoo, and plenty of towels. The owners always remember me and welcome me back. I stay at the Ventura and do not check for bargains at other places. Their prices are always good.

I have never had complaints. If I was not happy, I know I could tell the owners, and they would listen.

Friendly staff, but very outdated rooms.

Location is great, walking distance to downtown and the beach. Staff are friendly.

The windows and doors are outdated with gaps so bugs easily come in.

Not a fancy Hotel but good enough to stay conformable!

Location was amazing!..Hotel room are spacious

Overall the room was really clean except for the comforters one of them had a stain and that makes you feel like the whole bed is dirty but the bottom linen was clean.

Superb

The room was very clean, the manager was professional and friendly and the motel is in a great location.

We reserved a queen suite with a hot tub. What we got was a king bed with no hot tub.
