I just was over there for a half a day. This property is perfect for families and couples since they are very spacious

very clean. Nice decor, etc. Friendly staff. Good breakfast.

When calling the emergency number, I didn’t get a responses for an hour. I accidentally showed up on the wrong day, though. The manager and I worked it out though

Cozy Cottages! Our second visit

I loved the location to the state park. It's a 3 minute ride but literally walking distance (appx. 30 mins albeit). Also really adore the coffeehouse. It's perfect. The waffles are delicious and the fruit n yogurt smoothies are almost worth the 2 1/2 drive on a daily! But they're definitely worth the wait until we return! I hope they stay on the menu.

I didnt like that there was only one key. We had to keep switching the key. If you have two guests, they should both get a key. Otherwise, they have to coordinate and/or stay together for access to the room. Also, it would be nice to see more images of the available cottages. We were uncomfortable sharing a space with strangers. We all eventually met and it went smoothly but, it's risky.

Very good

Location was excellent. Free breakfast window of opportunity was limited 8-10 am. Room was very small. No desk or couch. Very cool, chick place. A/C temp control was all or none. I liked it though and would stay again. With tax add on over $300 a night.

It was extremely expensive for the quality of the room we were in compared to other accommodation we stayed in during our road trip. Very disappointing

Charming but expensive

Large and comfortable room, we stayed at the "Romance" room (king size bed and it has a Jacuzzi bath tube). Very friendly staff. Beautiful, charming B&B. Free parking available for guests - parking was a difficult in the area, so this was an excellent perk. Close the Grayton State Park, Seaside and other attractions. Walkable area, shops and restaurants nearby. Charming healthy café on premise. Breakfast was good, healthy and home made. Almost vegan but they have a few non-vegan options too.

Quite expensive for the value. I understand that the area is expensive in general, but you are paying a lot per night here and they don't even service or "tide up" your room (although they offer this tide up service on demand). Air conditioning control was shared with the next room ("Tropical Bird"), as well as the kitchen. This was not specified in the room description. I'm OK sharing the kitchen, but the climate control can be problematic. A little far from the beach (10-12 min walk), OK in the evenings for a stroll but not during the day under the sun, heat and loaded with chairs, umbrella, etc. There's no public beach parking so you have to walk. There is a free beach tram in town but I don't think it stopped nearby.

This place is Seedy. Needs a lot of fixing up and can’t believe the price. Rather than being retro it is just old and very worn out. At that price, they should be investing in remodeling it.

It was cute but too expensive for a small room

Room was small and it was hard to get to the pull out bed and to regular bed because the pull out took a lot of room. Could not get the TV to work. The parking lot was under water and so was walkway.

Pleasant

Breakfast very good & staff very friendly & provided many options from the menu. Very nice backyard for just hanging out. No gathering when we stayed. Seen there is a cut off to noise at 9 pm. First time at a bread & breakfast. Location was great for evening meal after we arrived. Was close where we met out of state friends for a reunion.

Noise. Window overlooked smoke & break area for restaurant next door. If your a late to bed person(s)

Superb

I loved everything else about this place! The location was amazing. The accommodations were so cozy and comfortable. And I absolutely loved The breakfast! I would recommend this place to anyone, Unless Their stay would hinder mine lol! I hope to return one day and try a different apartment.

I wouldn't say I didn't like it. I would say that the bedsheets and bedspread could use an update for a most exceptional experience. Also the light was not on outside and so it was difficult to find. Also the door was a tad difficult to lock. Instructions clearly visible would have helped a little more.
