Good for an overnight stay. Several restaurants within 5 minutes. Be aware of $100 security deposit.

I will stay at the mulberry down the street from now on.

The pool

The waffle iron was broken both days and that's the only part of breakfast worth it. It was too humid in the room. I reported an accident to the staff before leaving about my car. Asked if they could review camera footage because my sunroof was shattered. There are big rocks there in the garden around the building, I just wanted to see if someone may have thrown one into the air and fell on my sunroof. The employee took down my info on a post it and I never heard anything about it. Not Eben a call from a manager even to say that nothing was found or even that nothing could be done. The staff was overall just unfriendly and unwelcoming.

The breakfast isn’t the best if you are trying to avoid carbs. I hate the $100 hold (above the cost of the room) that remains a week later!

Lady at the front Desk working nights is not professional at all

The location was nice that’s it

The lady at the front desk was not professional at all. She took my drivers license and didn’t give it back. She was in a hurry because she got off at 12 o’clock and I checked in at 11 o’clock at night. She could’ve called me and told me to come back downstairs to get my drivers license but she was very unprofessional

Short an sweet stay very comfortable with entertaining staff

Breakfast was convenient I grabbed an sausage egg biscuit an some apple juice on the way out. Location was spot on for phillips 66 plant. Room was clean and tv with guide spot on and temperature chilli just how i like it.

I checked in late around 11 pm an the lady checking me in was all over to say the least she was definitely having herself a one person party this didn’t bother me much was very entertaining i figured hey it is the grave yard shift but honestly situation just gives me a bad taste for la quinta my guy that stayed in another room had same feelings at check in

ALRIGHT, MIGHTSTAY THERE AND MIGHT NOT. IF I HAD TO CHECK-IN WITH JESSICA, I WOULD PASS IT BY.

THE BREAKFAST WAS OK. MISS THE SCRAMBLED EGGS THROUGH. AND THE LOCATION WAS EXCELLENT. AND THE BEDS WERE AWESOME.

FIRST WE GOT THERE WHEN THE RAIN WAS COMING IN, THE DESK CLERK( JESSICA) WAS NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL. IT WAS HER FIRST WEEK ON THE JOB AND DIDN'T HAVE ANY KNOWLEDGE OF THE SYSTEM AS WELL AS SHE SHOULD HAVE. DIDN'T KNOW HOW TO COUNT MONEY? THEN THE ROOM SHE ASSIGNED ME WAS LEAKING WITH WATER THEN, AND SHE PUT THE WRONG ROOM NUMBER ON MY REFUND. THEN AFTER THE FRIDAY, MY KEY ROOM WASN'T WORKING AT ALL HAD TO REKEY IT, INCLUDING MY DAUGHTER'S KEY TOO. THE HOTEL WAS LEAKING ON THE 3RD FLOOR AS WELL.

We would stay there again if we were offered a lesser rate.

The breakfast was the normal LaQuinta breakfast. The area was fine.

There were very loud noises that we thought were coming from an upper floor room. Sounded as if it was coming down the walls.

Overall good, will return

Location was good, fairly easy access from Interstate. Decent area for walking dogs. Staff was friendly and professional. After reaching home, I discovered that I had left my jacket (which has great sentimental value to me) in the closet. When I called, the young lady at the front desk, Adrien, was EXCEPTIONALLY helpful she located the jacket in the lost and found and made arrangements with me to return it. This made an old man VERY happy. Thank you, Adrian (hope I spelled it right). Also, we discovered a great 50's style diner directly across the street. Great service great food and the atmosphere was really good. This was a reminder of what diners were like when I was young. Nothing fancy, not fast food,

I am mobility challenged and reserved a handicap accessible room. Overall, the room was great, with the exception of the bathtub, there was no seat to accommodate someone who can't stand. There were no slip resistant strips on the bottom, making the tub dangerous even for those without challenges. The grab bars looked great but would have been inconvenient if I had been able to use the shower. On the good side, the shower head was great, and my wife said the pressure was good and there was plenty of hot water.

The book people that book us told us 3 different addresses the phone at was no answer so took us longer driving around

We were there to visit with family. The Hotel is repair from Hurricanes that hit in 2020. Very Poor.

Breakfast was good and the beds were comfortable

We requested 2 Queen Beds on 1st Floor d/t my being 66 and scheduled for Knee Surgery 1/9/23 and my wife is 71. The first room we were given was dirty and looked like someone else was in it. We were then given a room on the 2nd floor which had no hairdryer and the clock did not work. In the morning the elevator was out of order, so when we checked out, we had to carry our luggage down the stairs.

Several Issues

The location was convenient to I-10

We were told at check in that breakfast would be served at 530am when it wasn't and wouldn't be ready until 7am. We didn't have time to wait around so didn't get to experience breakfast there. Breakfast included is one of the main reasons why I chose this location. At about 2am, there was this loud dripping sound right outside our door that woke us. The molding around the flooring was missing in room 110 and that looked awful. It smelled bad in our room. There was a big gap in between the door and the floor so we heard everyone talking in the hallway.
