Phenomenal breakfast and Dennis was friendly, accommodating, and attentive. The soaking tub is HUGE. Beautiful historical property with off street parking.

The service was warm and inviting.
The breakfast was fit for a king!
The room was luxurious.
We had initial questions on its location, simply because the GPS took us through a "run- down" part of town. But all is well that ends well!

Everything about our stay was spectacular. We were greeted at the front door by Dennis, the proprietor, who was lots of fun and very helpful when we had questions. He really cares about the little details to make your stay a pampered experience. The house is absolutely gorgeous, beautiful woodwork, stained glass, and built-ins with tastefully minimal decor that lets the house itself really shine. The main areas and our suites (Sarah and Parkview) were spotlessly clean, and the beds were very comfortable with lots of pillows. The AC in our room was deliciously cold and also acted as a white noise machine so we slept soundly. We also enjoyed spending time in the cozy little nooks on the front porch and the balcony off Sarah's suite. Breakfast was SO delicious, everything fresh and perfectly prepared, like something you'd get in a fancy restaurant. The location was also perfect, in a beautiful quiet historic leafy neighborhood but a short walk to all the restaurants and activities downtown. I really wish we could have stayed longer but we'll be back!
Wouldn't change a thing.

Place was absolutely gorgeous. Wood work n carvings were amazing. Fireplaces in every room and huge window's. Staff was so so great and went way beyond the call of duty for our needs , Denise made us feel totally valued and comfortable. His people skills are truly polished and perfected. Bed was huge , soft , and full of goose down pillows. Breakfast next morning was great.. we had omelets, hash browns, pastries, coffee ,orange juice and it was all fresh and amazing.
The only thing that I didn't like was that we had to leave.

That I could not have stayed longer!

The building was built in the late 1800s and was beautiful. All the rooms were different and impressive in their own way. Good location centered among other nice properties and a small public across the street. The host was excellent!
We stayed in February and the room was a little drafty so it proved difficult to maintain a cozy temperature. The hot water in the shower ran out quickly.

Dennis was a pleasure to meet and talk to. He was very knowledgeable about the area and especially the history of the BNB.
The Entrance is as grand as the th rooms themselves. the intricate details of the original design that have been restored and maintained are beautiful. Each room had its own charm and Dennis was eager to show us them.

My husband and I loved staying here. Dennis was more than welcoming and accommodating. We enjoyed the conversations with him and his Christmas helpers (3 0f them). They were warm and friendly. The Wilhelm is absolutely beautiful as are the Victorian houses in the surrounding Neighborhood. Dennis' collection of Santas, nutcrackers and Christmas trees were stunning! We want to visit again to see the Snowmen collection. The breakfast was GQQD and tasty and ambiance wonderful. Oh, can't forget to mention the comfy bed and best sleep I've had in awhile.
There is nothing we didn't like!

The building is a beautiful 1890's era mansion. Dennis is an outstanding host. He upgraded my room to the suite. The breakfasts were outstanding. He'd bragged about his waffles and they met his hype. I will stay there any time I go to Reading area.

I can't think of a thing to improve. Loved it all.

Great historic charm made for an amazing stay. The architecture was absolutely gorgeous inside and out. Dennis was friendly and cordial and made our stay the best. he has a love and passion for the Wilhelm Mansion and it shows.
The amenities are second to none with lots of little extras I never would have expected from a B&B, and never would have come close to receiving for another hotel/motel.
I highly recommend The Inn at Centre Park to everyone and we will definitely be going back!
The only negative, and this is even a stretch lol, is the shower curtain around the claw foot tub. The rod holding up the curtain was just a bit too short which set the curtain too far into the tub. This made for very little space to actually wash up as you had to hold the curtain away from you with one hand while washing with the other.
A little annoying to say the least, but absolutely minor lol.

This fantastic home is converted into three bookable rooms and a wedding venue. My partner and I stayed in for one evening and will definitely stay there again! The room, architecture, and atmosphere are stunning! The innkeeper, Dennis, is friendly and helpful! And the breakfast was sensational!!!
Everything was perfect!!! I do not have any criticisms!

OUTSTANDING! I was attending a concert at Santander Arena and didn't want to pay $300 for a room at the hotel across the street from the arena. This was the next closest place to stay, and although I had never stayed at an Inn/ B&B before the reviews were all amazing so I gave it a shot.
Checkin was fast and easy. Private parking behind the Inn. The location is great and very safe (I'm a young woman traveling alone). A 20 minute walk to the arena or a 5 minute uber ride. The landscaping and attention to detail at the property is incredible. Every thing exceeded my expectations in its beauty and function. The Innkeeper Dennis was very welcoming and accommodating. I truly cannot say enough about how perfect everything was.
I stayed in Sarah's Suite. There was a goregous stained glass archway in the room, a king sized bed and a pull out bed in the side room of the suite. Ornate white fireplace, sitting area, HUGE bathroom with Bath and Body works amenities, robes, a 6ft clawfoot tub, and stained glass doors leading out to a private copper balcony. This was everything I could've dreamed of for a "soul-cation". I didn't want to leave. Oh, and the breakfast...... world class! I'm a picky eater so I asked for a waffle and bacon... I've never had a better breakfast in my life. The private chef did amazing.
Seriously, JUST BOOK THIS INN now! You will not regret it! Perfect for a honey moon, girls night, small intimate wedding, or just making your spouse feel like royalty. I cannot wait to find a reason to come back to Reading just so I can stay again.
The only tiny tiny thing I didn't adore was the beautiful tub took about 30 mins to fill, but it's original plumbing so hey no problem. Just start the tub about 30 mins before you want to soak and you're good.

Breakfast was great. Bed was comfy. Great location.
Bathroom shower was horrible. Water cold and the shower head could not adjust to make it more comfortable. Everything else was fine.

Historic Victorian mansion that was a thrill to stay in and enjoy the region. it was comfortable and very well maintained. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was large and very up to date. The innkeeper Dennis was so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a full breakfast that was delicious and we will definitely visit again.
There was nothing that detracted from our experience.
