Nice accommodation but need to travel further for dining options

Was in a good area, close to the beach and had chairs and umbrellas to take to the beach. The flat was decorated well with a comfortable bed.

The air conditioning was noisy. The view from the windows was of buildings. The kitchen area was very small with nowhere to put washing up even. There were few places to dine nearby.

Our stay was amazing, our host was super responsive, the apartment is perfectly decorated and an excellent location.

This place is perfect. The location was great, close to the beach, restaurants and supermarkets. Also the free trolley right at the front door. The amenities made it feel like home. Excellent property.

Never Again!

Not much to like really. It's an old building, slow elevator, bad water pressure. I would not recommend staying here to my worst enemy.

This owner charged me an additional $50 for 'cleaning' but never provided details to me what I was supposed to do other than taking out the garbage which I did. He also charged me $150 for a chipped tub that was chipped when we arrived. Renters beware! The oven will not turn off if used. The only elevator in the building was last inspected 3 years ago. Very sketchy apartment. We had to walk 8 blocks to park our rental car, it would have been nice to know about available parking. This place was very old and a joke. The owner is clearly trying to upgrade his apartment at the expense of future renters.

Exceptional

I highly reccomend this apartment. It is just a 3 min walk from the promenade and the beach! The kitchen corner is very well equipped and was super convenient as we travelled with the kids. Everything was very clean. The heart of Miami Beach like Ocean Drive and Lincoln Road are a 25-30 min walk from the apartment (you can walk along the beautiful promenade or can also use a free trolley that has a stop just next to the apartment).The communication with the owner was great. Luis is a great host, he even left some beach toys for the kids.

Affordable, clean, great location

The apartment was very clean, had everything we needed and is unbelievably close to the beach. Also food options and a supermarket (Triton) is close by (which surprisingly did not accept credit cards, bring your debit card). The bus stop to south beach is around the corner and another one to the airport and north beach right in front of the house. Communication with the host was fast and friendly and we were allowed to check-out a bit later, which was really helpful. Really enjoyed our stay and would come back any time.

Street noise was not too bad overall (most times rather quiet), but if there was, you could hear it as if the window was open although it was not.

Great base to explore.

The apartment was well situated and just a stone’s throw from the beach. It was very clean and tidy and perfect for a couple. The free trolley stopped very close by. We got the 150 airport express bus and got off at Indian Creek Drive/29th St, which is only 2 blocks away. Luis’ communication was brilliant and he is super friendly. I would definitely recommend a stay here.

A great apartment very close to the beach and boardwalk

Great location, literally everything around the corner (beach, ocean, busses, trolley, restaurants, cafes....), easy check-in with code, Luis always helpfull. Wine, coke and water as complimentary goodies upon arrival, the kitchen well equipped.

We liked everything, a drying rack could be helpfull.

Nice place

This apartment is right on A1A = so it's a very good location. It was very clean and everything needed is at hand (e.g. towels, shower-gel, linen). The conversation with Luis was very pleasant and we get a quick response for every question. We felt comfortable at this apartment and could highly recommend this place.

Unfortunately the air-condition is not a whisper one :-(

Exceptional

Suite Love was clean, attractively decorated, and welcomed us with bottled water, soda and chocolates. Kitchen was nicely equipped with refrigerator, microwave and stove. The white leather couch was inviting. The bed was very comfortable. I loved having morning tea and snacks—much better than a hotel room. We would stay again!

A/c was loud. The shower massager fell out of its holder when water was turned on/off. It stayed in place once replaced while showering. The building was very basic, but the apartment itself was very nice. We stayed two days, but longer stays are a better value because there is a on time cleaning fee of $100, which is more of a value for a longer stay.

Loved the apartment, immaculately kept.

The apartment was spotless. Exactly as shown in the photos. 5 stars for that, beach just minutes away. However the building and elevator smelled damp and weren't very well maintained

Perfect location to explore Miami Beach and the apartment was well equipped for us to cook

I liked that there was no key and we just had to remember the code to get in the front door and the apartment. The apartment is in a great location close to the beach and close to transportation to get to other parts of the beach and city
