Tired and poor value

I got charged for parking outside in the open lot- wasn’t aware of this charge( fine print perhaps ?) Even worse , as a Marriott Bonvoy member I didn’t think I’d get charged for Wi-Fi

See above. Also the toilet was running ( not functioning well) and the shampoo was ripped off the wall. Not nice to find out after I stepped in the shower. Also the property is banged up, dirty walls, curtains let in parking lot light outside.

The Marriott was just great, it was the booking that was not

What I didn’t like was booking through Booking.com. The reservation was lost and in order to stay there I was almost charged a second time by the facility. I do not like booking through third parties.

Mouse in my daughter’s room

Close to women’s triathlon event.

Didn’t feel clean. Someone else’s hair on bathroom floor and in tub. Had to request towels. It felt like the room wasn’t properly cleaned. Rodents in my daughter’s room.

The fridge in our room didn't work. I had to sit my drinks on AC unit. I was expecting a free continental breakfast with stay but it was 16/person which is pricey for a family and you had to eat in restaurant, not able to bring to room. We went to Dunkin Donuts down the road. on the AC unit to keep cold.

Very fun very sweaty because it was hot outside

It was very clean, the staff was very friendly. Floyd took care of us when we first checked in he was very polite and very helpful give this man a raise.

Maybe the price but it’s a nicer hotel so it’s understandable.

It was comfortable a and relaxing.

I enjoyed the overall cleanliness of the room and property. The bed and linens were very comfortable. The room was just the right size and you could use a number of devices at once.

Therre was a little damage on the wallpaper in the room I stayed in. The room was a bit chilly, and the thermostat was not easy to work with. Otherwise, it was a nice stay.

Very comfortable - location for us was perfect.

Very comfortable bed - the staff was very friendly - Nate deserves a huge thank you for reaching out and being helpful - we had an "issue" with our toilet and before we knew it it was fixed and for that we were very grateful. The cleaning staff on our floor were so nice - always smiling.

There was in our opinion nothing more that you could do to make our stay anymore comfortable that we were. Keep up the good work.

Superb

A parking lot was a big plus for me, it shares a parking lot with a few food places which I loved, and there was a target almost right next door in case I needed to pick something up quick! The staff was also very kind and the room looked nice and clean, the only minus was if you needed water you need to buy a bottle, but there's actually a water refill at the target next door so we did that before we went on our day trips 😊

The only thing I didn't like was if you wanted water you needed to buy a bottle, but the target next door has a refill station so it worked out fine!

I had to go front desk for toilet paper after checking in my room use the same towels for my 2 nights stay even when requested towel from housekeeper supervisor

The staying wasn’t bad room could have been cleaned better. Housekeep invaded my privacy.

I like the location of the hotel.

I didn’t like three hour before check housekeeper came into my room with out knocking. A hour later the housekeeper came into the my room again.

it was clean and I felt safe knowing you need a room key to use the elevator and even get into the hotel after a certain hour.

the noise levels in the hotel and outside was ridiculous. I had to call security at 4:30 am to report a neighbor blasting their TV. I specifically searched for breakfast being included, one of the only reasons I booked this hotel, only to find out that it was not. just that there was a bistro I could pay for.
