Great location

Location was great, alot of nearby shopping. Room was big. Nice room.

Check in is at 3, went to check in at 5, room was not ready until 530. Had to wait in lobby for room to be cleaned. The drain in the shower did not work properly either.

It was good for the reason we had to come and stay in that area. Would stay again.

The room was bigger than expected plus had regular sized fridge, dishware, dishwasher.

We put a towel on the floor of the shower because it was VERY slippery and my mother almost fell while showering before we put the towel down. She said "that is an unsafe shower floor for someone who has balance issues. They should really use those tub suction things to help prevent falls."

Hhhmmm......

The room was good enough, but quite basic.

We were frustrated by being told there was a free breakfast and there was nothing. Upon arrival, there was a note at the front that the staff was off, please call on the phone... And there was no answer. And the room was very expensive.... We found weird things like frozen eggs in the freezer and it looked like frozen coffee in there, too..

Superb

Staff was very good, friendly.

My elderly mother stayed with you. I had to go to Walmart & buy a step stool because your beds are so high that she can't get into them. That is the only drawback.

50/50 Some could like it, Some won’t

I liked the little grocery area there were plenty of options that were fairly priced and the hot fresh coffee with was free was nice very good flavor and I’m an avid coffee drinker, the free newspapers were nice also the staff was very kind.

The stove works only if you turn the switch(timer) only my switch In my room was broken it did not turn so it did not work and that was a major inconvenience, after we had bought food on site to cook we were irritated and it was a late hour so we did not bother mentioning it to anyone. There was a construction worker who was staying on the property and he said an inappropriate comment to my young pre teen daughter of a sexual nature and that made us scared to leave the room on our second day. This hotel had a lot of traveling workers staying here. The first night was nice and quiet but the second day was a horror.

Comfortable and relaxing family vacation

Amazing staff. Full size fridge and dishwasher. Perfectly sized hotel. Cozy beds. Plenty of space.

Caulking on bathroom floor ready to be redone. Shampoo/conditioner dispenser was loose. Tiny things.
