Never stay on the 14th floor with a wheelchair and no way to escape a fire or other disaster.

the location was wonderful.

there was mold on the tile around the pool. It was a problem the elevator. Only one elevator could take us to the 7R level but there is only one button to select the elevator with 3 available. We kept getting one of the other 2 . The tub in the room was NOT accessible for the wheelchair. There was a fire ( false alarm) and an extremely traumatic experience because we could not find any escape via stairs. No one called the room to see if we were ok or to see how they can help. If a real fire we could have perished.

Café da manhã sem estrutura para receber o hotel mais cheio. Não tinha onde sentar por diversos dias e a reposição dos alimentos não era realizada. Nos dias de hotel vazio funcionou. Estacionamento muito caro.

It was a good stay!

Location was great! Breakfast was good but it would be nice to switch things up a bit more than it is. I also liked that the special request I made for my stay in the room was acknowledged after I booked it and the room was ready with the request upon my arrival.

A side make up mirror would be a great addition to the bathroom. The vanity is so far from the mirror that it is difficult to apply make up. The lighting near the full length mirror is not enough to apply make up. A proper fitting sink in the bathroom would be better as to not get the vanity all wet for handwashing. The spout doesn’t come out far enough.

Comfortable, well located, reasonable price (for accommodations, room size & amenities.

Breakfast offerings & hours were very good. Elevators - speed, accessibility & ease of use outstanding. Access to other downtown activities excellent. Room & room service very good. Drapes/ roller shades in room were wonderful. Easy to use & effective. Liked very much the large sink area where toiletries could be laid out & be easy to access without compromising sink area. Shower size very nice. Light controls & especially bedside lights e cell ent. Ease of room temperature control & effectiveness very good. Liked quiet operation.

TV - I was told new tv system. But it wasn't set up right to work with channel listing. Took me about 2 days to get straighten out. Ditto telephone system . New but no instructions on how to reach either a department or front desk. Lots of barriers (my perception) from being able to connect to manager on duty to resolve 2 issues mentioned above. Front desk staff were clearly designated as go-between. Again about 2 days to straighten out. Multiple conversations required. Very nice accommodating persons but...it took time to make work. Water pressure & water flow ok but marginal.

To get in with the car for checking was quiet long and unpleasant. Room was average, nothing special. I have seen better rooms for quite less. Location is very good

Great location!

The location is excellent. It is within walking distance to excellent restaurants and popular parts of town. The breakfast offerings were varied and tasty. The facilities are clean.

The couch in our room was not clean, but the rest of the room was fine.

Rooms were very hot and so was the rest of the Hotel. It is summer in South Florida though, so I know it just be hard to keep cool.

Value wins with the above average hot breakfast is included in this clean, comfy hotel with friendly staff.

Healthy, fresh breakfast was included. Staff is friendly and helpful. Property is quiet and location is convenient with several dining options within walking distance.

Nothing. This is not an overly fancy hotel but it is clean, updated and offers extremely good value.

So....so... experience

Great location, no bugs, nice staff, pretty lobby, nice pools, good bar, and coffee.

The bathroom door screeched like nails on a chalkboard while opening and closing. I called the front desk, and they said they would send up housekeeping. They never fixed the door. Some oil would probably have taken care of it. Room service showed up at 8:00 am. We requested they come back, and they never came back. (She said she would make sure to come back.) I had to call and ask for service. The door of the mini fridge was broken and almost fell off every time I opened it. I expected it to be a little cleaner and upscale for the price. ( Everyone has their own opinions for the area and the rates.) It wasn't a horrible experience, but I did expect more for it's reputation.
