I enjoyed my very comfortable, peaceful stay at Venice Beach Villas.

I used to live in this area and was visiting friends for a few days. I decided to try this property and was very happy I did. It's older but so well kept up - and everything was so clean in the unit. Everything functioned very well and I was very comfortable there. And the exterior upkeep was excellent. I will definitely stay here again if I'm visiting in the area.

Great place to stay close to beach and shops with great facilities.

The on-site heated pool; proximity to both stores and beach; free bike rentals; beach equipment; friendly and helpful staff; availability of cooking equipment.

Nothing really. Some noise early one morning - maybe from next door. The rooms were small but had everything we needed.

Warm Pool. Close to the beach.

Front Desk guy very rude. Room do not meet clean requirement , very dusty. Room need to be updated and placed in best shape with a closet inside very disgusting. Room do not meet requirement for a handicap person. Toilet with rusty stains. All is supported with photos.

Perfect place to Stay in Venice.

The whole atmosphere, cleanliness of villa, communication of staff, close to the beach, walking distance to shops and restaurants. perfect location. I will definitely book again.

Relaxing, serene stay. Beautiful beach nearby.

it was very clean. The apartment and the grounds. Nice landscaping. Quiet at night.

Excellent place to stay. Extremely welcoming and clean.

Clean villa. Front desk gentlemen was very nice. Was able to check in a little early. Close proximity to the beach. Restaurant’s within walking distance.

My friend came to visit during the day and they charged me $50 per guess , without asking me or confirming , no nice and wrote to them and I don’t hear back. No ice maker machine so buy ice before you get there 😕

Our stay was enjoyable due to the fact we refused to let our accommodations ruin it.

Great location!

Our room was terrible. Very very old and tiny. Poor air circulation. hit in bedroom, cold in living space and ac unit is extremely loud.

Perfect stay- what a great deal

Staff were super friendly. Manager actively working and involved in operations. Room was spacious with kitchen. Bed comfortable, not too soft. Bathroom adequate. AC works great. Nice sitting area with 2 recliner chairs in front of a large screen TV. Another TV on the wall in bedroom area. Wifi adequate. Quiet resort, no noisy hoodlums running around blaring obnoxious "music". Pool immaculate. Walking distance to beach (10 minutes) or the opposite way 5 minutes walking gets you to the historic area with restaurants and shops. Publix and other big stores a very short drive away. Parking a little tight but manageable in front of the rooms. This place is a real gem for the price.

Incredible place and I wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else.

This place is fantastic, better than i ever expected. super clean, love everything about it here. It’s a small one bedroom apartment with everything you could possibly need and more. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. i extended the stay an extra day without a problem. I will definitely return here. Location is excellent close to beach and main street shops and restaurants.

Great place to stay

This unique little place was clean and quiet. The friendly staff was great. Super, duper location!

There was a strong smell of cleaning products. The air conditioner was loud and the bedroom was too warm. The couch was old and felt dirty. There is a floor transition strip that wasn't attached properly. Granny tripped and almost had a dangerous fall.
