It’s always clean! Rooms are so cozy and I love the decor! The staff are so friendly! It’s as if I’ve known them all my life! They always make sure my stay is the best!

The location was excellent and the staff were all amazing. The bed was comfortable and the pool was warm emough. It's a very short walk to the beach. We stayed in room.#22. It was the closed ocean room. There were ocean front but I feel our room we better because the balcony was fully covered.
There was nothing not to like.

I have always liked the location for our needs
The room was cold. Very drafty around air conditioner. Fireplace went out and wouldn't come back on

The staff were all so engaging and helpful. The bed was very comfortable. It was very nice having a refrigerator in the room. Parking on site. The beach couldn’t be any closer!
The property is older, but they work hard trying to keep it crisp. We even saw an employee sweeping / cleaning the parking lot each morning.

It was a wonderful stay. My wife and I had a a very pleasant time at OOB.
Just the weather but that was the hurricane's fault which was well off shore.

Right on the water! Friendly staff. Clean. Patio common area. Complimentary coffee in office.
Stayed four nights. Had to switch rooms part way through stay (not our choice). Some confusion by staff at check in with our reservation. Beds are full not queen, terrible pillows. No coffee pots in rooms.

Beautiful on the beach location. Close to entertainment and restaurants.
Don’t travel with a large vehicle. The parking lot is cramped.

The location is great. Pool was nice and clean. Loved the free coffee in the morning. Everyone was very friendly and informative.
I wish there was a washer and dryers on site to use.

Located right on the beach and close to downtown so you can walk.
Quiet location and great staff!
On hot days leave the AC on for guests in their room.
Upon our arrival the AC was off in our room, and it left the room with a musty smell due to high humidity outside.

They do it offer breakfast, but there is a restaurant right next door that is fantastic. The lobby does have fresh coffee in the am
The only thing that wld be better is more darkening shades for the windows at night, as there are many light outside

Great place. But the walls between rooms are a bit thin. You could hear the people right next door talking as if they are in the same room.

Ants in the room and paper thin walls. Air conditioner did not work. Ceiling fan/light out. Bedspread dirty. Water pools in tub.

The room was was spotless. The bed, bedding and pillows were very clean and comfortable. Shower set up is a little odd to me, but not off putting. Front desk staff was extremely welcoming and pleasant. I was pleasantly surprised to find dishware and utensils in the cupboard. The gas fireplace in the room happily adds to the ambience.
Parking is tight and a little nerve wracking if you have a nice car.
