Great location & nice view. This is our 2nd time booking this property. Love it!!!

It was really nice that we were able to drop our bags early before heading back out. The place was already set up. Great having kitchen, living space and excellent location! Super nice that they provide continental breakfast and coffee bar!

Just want to comment (not complain) that because the house is closed up due to the recent wet weather and the cold, it was a little musty smelling. But I'm not complaining! I totally understand due to the weather!

Will be back to stay & enjoy Merrimans which is right around the corner. Hapuna beach is only 10 miles away.

The penthouse is very spacious. Beautiful views of surrounding hills, ocean & Mauna Kea in the morning before the clouds hide the snow caps & observatory. Super quiet & peaceful. Christian was the perfect host.

Location is exceptional with incredible views of the mountains across the plains and of the ocean. Amazing neighborhood and close access to town.

We inquired about getting beach chairs and they were promptly delivered, which we were very appreciative

Beautiful views , great location to restaurants, groceries, and easy drive to coast

Although the space had been cleaned , it was in need of a deep cleaning in order to contain the sugar ants

Choose Waimea!

Christian was a wonderful host. Lovely location and great studio type accommodation. Everything you need to cook for yourself and good recommendations for local activities.

Bathroom had some shaving remains from previous guests but overall clean and tidy.

huge room, exceptional facilities to allow you to self cater. high up on the hill overlooking views of the mountains and down to the ocean. a great deck to relax on and/or eat and drink from.

There were cockroaches. View given on the site isn’t the view you have. You look over solar panels and a rooftop. The space has different step down levels r not not illuminated at night. So if you get up in the middle night you think the floor is flat you can go flying which we did

Over all, this is a very nice place for the price.

We liked that it was private and had a secluded patio. It was also convenient to the places we wanted to visit. The host was responsive. There were supplies for continental breakfast: cereal and toast with butter and jam. Also coffee and tea. Waimea has a much cooler climate than Kona that we had just left, but there were plenty of blankets, and we were quite comfortable. The furnishings were attractive. It was a nice place for the price.

The front door knob was a bit sticky to open. Some corners could use a more thorough dusting.

We had everything we needed!!

It was very spacious with full kitchen, two living areas, large bedroom and bath.

We were only there one night so we didn’t get to enjoy the area around Waimea.

PERFECT IN EVERY WAY

We loved everything about our stay and would stay again, anytime. Christian, the owner's son who manages the property was welcoming, informative, and kind. The property we stayed in was extremely clean, well furnished, and included everything to make our stay special. Christian had placed an assortment of fresh breakfast items in our refrigerator and there was second refrigerator, which we used to store some of the cold things we brought with us. The bed was extremely comfortable, the enormous and well-stocked bathroom was bigger than some guestrooms I've seen, and the large television made our big television seem tiny. The most amazing, and unexpected, discovery was the unobstructed and incredible views we had, allowing us to look down on the town of Waimea and miles beyond it. While the description of this property mentioned having an ocean view, which it did, this description was quite an understatement as THE VIEWS ARE SPECTACULARLY PANORAMIC. As a bonus, we were able to stand outside on our balcony, at night, and see the Milky Way.

The only thing we didn't like was not being able to stay longer, because it was time to return home. I can hardly wait to return.

Location is Awesome!! There are 4 or 5 really good places to eat within a mile.

Could not find the switch to turn on the lights for the kitchenette.
