God Sent

I didn't quite catch the names of the lady's who assisted me both that night and the next morning.. but I totalled my car that night and had extenuating circumstances the next day with my three year old nephew in hand. I could not have been more blessed to have these people help me out! They accommodated me in every way they possibly could. Thank you lady's! I'll never forget you!

I would Still Recommend This Hotel

We loved the friendly staff. Marisa checked us in and she had such a welcoming and happy attitude. We also met Hahn in the elevator (one of the room service workers) He was so friendly as well and you could tell he was working hard. The beds were very comfortable and appeared clean with no bugs or stains. The hotel had a cute modern style and we liked the interior design here. It's also in a convenient location. The indoor pool is a nice touch too, the pool room was heated and the pool was cold.

The check in time for us was 45 minutes. They had a computer glitch or something and it backed everyone up. They were booked so we understand the issues, however they advertise 3pm checkin and we got there at 4pm with a 45 minute wait time after that. Also, there were few towels left in the pool room, we got the last two. And there were old towels left all over. My only other complaint is how dirty the breakfast area floors were. That same area happens to be where you wait for checkin so we noticed a lot of old food on the ground.

The staff was so nice and accommodating. It was clean and the room was a great size.

Quick overnight stay. Excellent staff. Comfortable room.

Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Kids were bouncing basketballs in the rooms above us. Nothing the hotel could have done. And they stopped for most of the night.

The clearness and location

The marijuana odor near the entrance and the side door near elevators. Someone is always sitting near the door smoking

We paid for an executive queen room and it said we would have our own entrance but we didn't get that.

Conveniently located, easy access and a clean facility with service members to be appreciated

Breakfast was good, clean facility, coffee availability was great, service staff were excellent especially Marisa, she is an Outstanding employee. Her polite helpful care and concern for your residents is your greatest asset.

Pillows are terrible. I have to sleep with my upper body in a slight upright position. two pillows that flatten out and have no useful affect. Fortunately I was able to get additional pillows delivered to the room.

Skip this place if you can!

Hotel room had lots of towels and a bathtub/shower. Parking was free.

Swimming pool was horribly cold!!! Hotel did not honor my request for a room with adequate sunlight to accommodate cataracts as the curtain remote was broken. Bedbug was found dead in the window seal of my room and probably the hotel had recently sprayed pesticides to contain the problem!

Thankful we chose this hotel at this location

It was a conveniently located property and we felt very safe!

The staff was simply amazing! The adorable Georgia peaches (sweet gal) at the front desk went above and beyond to be helpful!

I would definitely come back for another stay

The staff was polite, friendly and attentive as soon as I walked in that 1st day

I'm not really a breakfast person but what I chose was ok. The scrambled eggs and sausage were not great (definitely looked microwaved and undercooked) so I ate waffles and tea the whole time

Not bad, room just could’ve been a little cleaner on check in.

Staff was incredibly nice. Location was great.

Our room wasn’t “dirty, dirty” however when we checked in the first day we found half of a dorito under the bed skirt and a water bottle lid under the desk. And under the A/C unit we found a PlayStation game controller.

Bed was comfortable but sheets were not fitted well. Sheets should actually be replaced.

Breakfast was fine. Eggs and sausages were warm.

They over all stay was great just not having a microwave in the room was just the only thing

The breakfast was good and they had enough for everyone. The indoor pool was great my son had a great time and my family loved the fact that it was indoor.

Didn't understand why there was no microwave in our room was told that they were taken out due to the covid Era and that just didn't make any sense to me and had to go down to the lobby to warm up our food.

Great one night stay. Close to KSUniversity for graduation day and to be on time.

Breakfast was nice; however, we missed the bacon :-) The rooms and decor a great. Beds are comfortable, TV easy to operate, coffee station well stocked for two.

For our short stay, I can't think of a thing.

Overall, a very good stay.

The beds are always my favorite with Hampton Inn properties. So comfy!

The pillows are awful. They are too soft and flatten when you lay on them, totally no neck support.

Very upset… they owe me $80!!!! Or booking.com owe it to he???

How they charged my $80 for 4 days for incidentals AND they debited my credit card even Hough they told me they would not charge my credit card.

Good place to stay

Friendly and welcoming staff. Clean and comfortable rooms.

Our bathroom had a "barn style" sliding bathroom door that really didn't close, even when closed. About a 1" gap all around the door. Not sure if all the rooms have them.

One night stay.

Location was great staff very nice. Breakfast was good and just what we needed.

we had a double bed room and one of the beds was on some sort of metal box and the springs were very loud and squeaky. Our 10 year old son slept on that bed so it didn’t bother us too much since he sleeps pretty still. It was just to sleep for the night as we were passing thru so we just dealt with it for the night. The handle on the shower is also coming off and needs to be repaired or replaced.
